Went with a friend was going to play 2 games when we got to the till to pay they told us the deal they were doing which was 3 games for £10 so we took it. Great time and had fun with the staff.

We had a great afternoon Saturday. It was our first visit and will definitely be returning. We had to wait approx an hour but that didn't matter as it was made clear to us so we sat and had couple drinks - which were reasonably priced and some chips which appeared at our table before I had made it back from the bar - so great service thanks. Also the staff were great fun and very helpful and as for having to pay £2 to be a member for 30 days that didn't exactly break the bank so didn't matter either! All in all the four of us had great time and will visit again soon.

Played with friends yesterday, we were placed upstairs and we enjoyed it very much. Played 3games, great value for money, decent food and good activity for all ages.

Definitely recommend it!

It's gr8 here but don't understand how you can let people take a bay and sit and eat a.meal there for an hour in between games when there are qu8eyes of people waiting. How is this good business???

It was good, but we arrived with 5 years old child. As you need to give DOB of every player staff was aware we have child with us - plus she was with me at the booking and till, however we were not informed there are golf club for kids. She was using nornal-adults one- until i spotted kids next bay having kids golf clubs. Additionally im left handed and staff is not asking this question when you booking so i wasn't aware that i can have a left hamded equipment.

We visited first time, we will come back but thiz time we know what to ask for.

I liked it but being stuck at the end to play was no good for us as we can't play golf we Deffo need to be more central to get some more points.

Great place, unfortunately staff look like they’re in a coma, no personality, unwelcoming & although there are plenty of assistants they all ignore that you exist. Shame really, whatever they are on - I don’t want it!

Could do with a booking system as a free for all when you get there - but to be honest; with an 18 hole crazy golf on site / bar & restaurant- it’s well worth the wait 👍⛳️🏌️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳 󠁿

Good fun but boy was it cold when we went! Parking can be a challenge so allow plenty of time to circle the car park or park on the driveway. If you don't want to wait for a bay, six of you can pre-book an event with food and drink. The food was pretty good but our drinks service was slow. Would definitely do it again - but maybe wait for better weather.

Golfing was fantastic but the service was shocking, drinks took 30 minutes to come we received our food before our drinks when it’s 29 degrees drinks are the first thing you want! Waitress was very grumpy!! Guy on the first floor taking on orders on his iPad was on his own and he done a great job! Planning needs to be adjusted.

We’ve been to Topgolf lots of times before and had great service with enthusiastic staff, how different was our experience yesterday the staff were mainly slow, rude and didn’t know what a Pinot Grigio was?? We had to find staff to get a drink and our burgers were obviously cooked earlier and reheated- dry as a bone! We will think twice about returning soon as for a family cost nearly £100, not cheap or good value!

I’ve been generous wth 2 stars and it’s only because we enjoyed playing golf despite the terrible service, being shouted at by one of the servers who got our order wrong and forgot our food! The poor young lads running around doing service outside we’re really good but the inside staff really do need some training and the server we had inside needs sacking absolutely disgusting!

Very unprofessional service, decided to grab a quick light lunch Before heading off as the restaurant was empty only 3 other table. After placing are order at 12 we was left waiting In the dark with no communication of a delay in the food, half hour had pasted and we grew concerned as had places to go and no sight of the food, after searching for a waiter they brought it to are attention that there was a event on and should of been informed that there was a wait for food, they advised the food would be out in about 10 minutes, we then got the food 30 minutes later, by this time had been well over hour, all the staff hadn’t even shown and concerns about the delay.

Overall they should have had much better customer service, with no communication and organisation of the event was poor, they explained only 3 members of staff was working with is poorly managed as every good management know that preparations should be made. Was made very clear that the organisation doesn’t care about its customer and is clear only concerned about saving money. Another money giant putting customer last.

Terrible! No possibility of booking in advance, turn up to complete chaos with cars parked all over the place, lots and lots of customers waiting around with nothing to do, a minimum 2 hour wait (where you are advised not to leave the site) and no possibility of putting your name down for a slot later in the day. We didn’t stay and were very disappointed as we had travelled for my daughters birthday treat and had rung up in the week to be told ‘just turn up...it will be fine’. We will not be back. What sort of company like this doesn’t operate a booking system???

Teenage management refused to let 6 x 35 year olds in at 1930pm on a Friday evening straight from work as one of the group didn’t have ID.

Avoid this place, poorly run killjoy management and far too overcrowded always.

Really disappointed with our visit to top golf last night. We usually come all the time but definitely will not be returning any time soon. We were put on bay number 23 on the top which was really difficult to play from. My

Sister has problems with multiple balls of hers, we pressed for assistance 3 times and not one member of staff came to us. We might of wanted drinks !

Had a really bad experience with the security guard called Razz. Please do know we come there to have fun and a good time and it is not nice being treated like that in TopGolf Watford

Golf Range was alot of fun. screens are a nice concept and waiter service was ok.

Had to go to the bar to order food because the waiter left us waiting for 15 mins. He was so slow and not attentive.

Food arrived 30 mins later despite on 4 tables being occupied - service was rubbish.

Chips - all broken and refried

Ruben Bagel - Slab of pickle and not fresh slaw

Restaurant and general environment is really shabby and needs a refurb or red-dec. Tables and floor not clean.

WIll not be eating in the restaurant again and i suggest you dont either.

If the management address my concerns i will revisit the restaurant and re-review to see if the quality has improved.

First time visitor to Top Golf Watford. Very disappointed considering the cost. Numerous Staff incompetent and some just not engaging at all. The system states you get a prize if you get a 10 pointer on ball 11, which I did, but apparently the staff say they don’t give out prizes....Needs a management and supervision shake up I would suggest!
