This Saturday morning the team will be taking over Great Cornard parkrun! This means cow bells and pom poms galore to get you round your 5km.

This year TRISudbury have teamed up with Something To Look Forward To to raise money for those in Suffolk affected by cancer.
The charity are doing this by having people sign up to the triathlon and then raise an amount for the project.

Our very own @charlieboldock has automatically qualified in Q2 for the age group GB duathlon team 2020 in Sweden. This was his first adult event and he smashed it!
This has been his dream to wear a GB tri suit and his hard work and all those hours training has paid off.
