What an experience.

From the moment you get there the team at UK Parachuting make you feel welcome and relaxed although I was a bit nervous to begin with. We had a briefing before the jump and you get the chance to ask any questions afterwards. My tandem partner for the jump was Steve, who I have to say was amazing.

I’m definitely going to do it again and am hoping to do the Skydive (AFF) Level 1 course in the future.

I’m totally hooked already.

Thank you for an amazing experience and a wonderful day!

What a place! What a group of people - check out my recommendation as I can’t say enough positive things about this ace set up. My first ever jump, didn’t know what to expect but alllll and any expectations I had were surpassed. From the venue, to the kit, to the care taken of all the jumpers.....totally top notch and Paul Carroll was superb xx

User

Today was the first time I’ve ever been in a plane! So as you can imagine jumping out of one made today even scarier!! My instructor Kye made my jump comfortable, easy and unforgettable!! I cannot thank the staff enough for such an amazing experience!!!

User

This was my second skydive, but the first here. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Professional, but relaxed and friendly, approach. I felt very reassured and comfortable and would highly recommend this place.

User

There is one person I would like to thank most and that is Steve, he was amazing from the moment we met. He was reassuring on the journey up (despite my nervous silence.) The feeling while you are flying through the air is breathtakingly wonderful. Everyone on the plane could clearly see I was nervous but they all provided me with such encouragement as I prepared to jump, having raised £650 for Bowel Cancer UK in memory of a dear friend of mine. I can now say I've done a parachute jump and can quite confidently say I won't be doing another

User

One of the best experiences of my life! Completed my first skydive on Saturday and without a doubt just the most incredible day. I jumped with Geordie Steve and he put me at ease before we’d even left the ground. Would definitely jump again and I can’t recommend it enough.

User

My Family bought me a Tandem Skydive voucher for my 50th Birthday..

on 30th June 2018 I did it.. wow, what an experience.. almost lost for words.. not as bad as I expected seeing as though I'm not brilliant with heights.. would recommend to anyone to have a go and would love to do it again.

Beautiful clear Blue skies and could see for miles.. Go For It!!!!

User

I did my first tandem skydive on Sunday 22nd July to raise money for Arthur Rank, and this jump was one of the best experiences of my life and this is mainly because I had the best team!! Kye and Florin were really kind, understanding and soooo relaxed and all smiling that not once did I think about anything going wrong! I couldn't have hoped for a better jump/experience/day!

I received my video and photos yesterday. They are AMAZING!! I'm watching the video over and over again and I'm also going to have some of the pictures framed!

I'm now thinking about learning to skydive by myself - of course at Sibson airfield!

Merci beaucoup to all the staff!!!!

User

I did my first Tandem skydive today (Fri 13th July 2018) what a buzz. Very friendly and fun staff with the help of my instructor Kai today( I think that’s how you spell his name), he was so cool and put me at ease even though I wasn’t nervous at all.

Don’t hesitate and wait, just book your jump as it’s the best adrenaline rush I’ve ever had !!

User

Done my first ever skydive with these guys on Friday and WOW what an experience!! Thank you so much for making this the most memorable time of my life. So professional but full of humour to keep the nerves at bay .it certainly did the trick I was smiling from start to finish and I will be re booking soon

User

Did my first tandem skydive on Sun 1 July 2018. Wow what an amazing experience. I'm not going to lie I was terrified in the plane but my instructor Del and cameraman Florin put me at ease the whole time. The video and photos have just come through and I can't stop looking at them. The feeling is amazing knowing you have achieved something that you never thought you would do. Would highly recommend these guys and I may make a reappearance one day and do it again. Thanks Michelle x

User

Did my first tandem skydive on 8th June. Loved every second of it. Big thanks to my tandem instructor Radek Wlazlo and cameraman Gaff !!!

Signed up for AFF within a few days and have already done lvl 1 and 2. A lot more to learn and think about up there but instructors are awesome and make sure you're well prepared for what's coming :) Big thanks to my groundschool and primary instructor Mike Roberts and secondary instructors Chris McCann and Dave Keevers !!!

User

Did my first ever sky dive (tandem) today. The experience is immense but the guys and girls on site are fab. They make it fun but ensure that it's run as a smooth operation.

All the staff are so welcoming especially to our older generation mums who came to watch. Paul Carroll was especially accommodating and is such a team player can't mention Paul Carroll's name enough

Seriously what an epic place, bunch of people and one of the most buzzing experiences ever.... I'll be back soon!!!

User

Did my 1st tandem sky dive today with the lovely Radek and my very own camera man chris! I was so nervous and the whole of the team made me feel at ease and I ended up loving it! It truely was an incredible experience so thankyou so much! P.s the video and pics are excellent!

User

Did a Tandem jump with Geordie Steve who was amazing despite my silence during the whole ascent in the plane lol. Thank you Steve for being so fun and lovely! Couldn’t recommend it enough and will definitely be booking another soon. Also thanks to Lukasz for my amazing video - definitely get the video/picture option, you won’t regret it! Amazing footage and really cool editing. Thank you both

User

Absolutely loved every minute yesterday. Fantastic day and a special thank you to Raddnick for jumping with me. Really appreciate what he did for me and made my jump a memorable one as it was a charity jump for my uncle who we lost 18 months a go to Pancreatic cancer. So would like to thank everyone who was involved in my jump yesterday. A massive thank you. Definately be doing it again soon

User

01/06/18 Did my first skydive. The wait was a little long but it was very busy. When it was our turn to go, it was great. I should mention that I’m afraid of heights,( yup, I know probably not the best activity to choose). The staff were great encouraging me to stay positive. My heart sank when that plane door opened but afterwards it was amazing, definitely worth doing! This centre has excellent staff and an even better sense of humour! Thank you UK parachuting -Sibson!

User

I did my first Tandem Skydive on 3rd August. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately I showed up early and there was a bit of a miscommunication and I wasn't booked in, which meant there was a lot of waiting around. After discussing it with the team and put onto the final flight of the day.

I would have given 5 stars but it was a lot of waiting around and something that could have been avoided if the everyone was given their load during the briefing.

User

Having completed a tandem skydive I would definitely recommend it! It was the most fun, exciting and exhilarating experience I have ever done! The one and only negative is the organisation prior to jumping. When I and my husband attended the airfield last year our dive was cancelled due to high wind. A completely understandable and safe decision on the airfield’s part however many that day had travelled a fair distance only to travel back again. We rebooked and attended a few weeks later. We arrived at the specified time, registered together at reception and both paid for stills and video. Our families also attended to watch and over the course of 2 hours we waited patiently hearing people’s names called over the tannoy. We were then put on separate jumps having booked in together! After conversing with reception we agreed to going on to the next load in order to jump on the same flight. I recently attended the airfield for a third time to watch a family member jump for her 30th birthday! She attended just before the time stated on the booking and queued up to register. A fair few arrived after her and once everyone had registered names began to be called over the tannoy. Despite the fact that we arrived ahead of time and many arrived after us she was eventually she was called on the last jump load 3 1/2 hours later! It had been a scorching hot day and we had waited with her 2 young children (slowly growing impatient)as they were so excited to see their mummy do her jump! When I attended reception to enquire about the booking in process and organisation of loads I was face with a dismissive and disgruntled response. She replied that the airfield cannot predict anything and that loads are organised on a first come, first served basis depending on where you were in the queue at point of booking. I’m afraid this was not the case as she certainly was not the last in the queue at registration! Whilst I completely take on board the limitations around not being able to predict matters such as weather, number of passengers on flights etc I do think that a more specific time slot can be allocated to save people needlessly waiting around. Have people arrive every hour or half hour staggered throughout the day or spilt large groups in to two to reduce the wait time and volume of people arriving at the airfield all at once. Personally a screen displaying the spreadsheet of predicted jump loads would have helped us organise our day better in terms of family waiting around and attending to watch. Having had to take 2 days off work to complete my dive I would have even paid a small extra fee to have a more predictable time slot meaning I could have taken half a days holiday instead of a whole day. Like I say the experience is like no other and would defiantly recommend! Unfortunately the it is just the booking and processing prior to jumping that is frustrating!
