I apologise if we've not hit our high standards with you. Hopefully there are a small proportion of people who have experienced this though. We try our utmost to deliver a responsive service, and are usually very good at delivering against this.
Please recognise that we are a business (like all other agencies out there), and that our owners come to us to monetise their properties by offering filming. £100 isn't sufficient payment for 12 hours of inconvenience and to pay our overheads. We are the most transparent of all of our competitors, and as open book as is possible. Our prices are not anti-student etc, but they are win-win, the basis of all of our transactions.
