Policy update....
This applies to everyone, please read. I'm afraid I cannot have children present at your appointment, my insurance doesn't cover them. If you have any issues with this, please message me.
... I'm often messaging a lot of clients at once, the same appointment times are offered to everybody on a first come first serve basis.
I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. This will give me chance to fill the appointment with another client and arrange a patch test. If you do cancel within the 48 hours you will incur a £10 charge which must be paid before you can rebook, if this is not paid any bookings already made will also be cancelled. No shows will be charged at full treatment price, again if this is not paid I will not be able to rebook you and any future appointments will be cancelled. My appointments are always back to back and if you are more than 10 minutes late I cannot see you, I will not make my next client late, again a £10 charge will incur for the missed appointment before you can rebook.
Please do not show up to your appointment more than 10 minutes early, as I don’t have much waiting room & it often gets a bit crowded, especially if clients come with friends or partners, etc.

Yesterday I had my first experience of Hd brows and LVL Lashes, like most women my age I had plucked my brows to nothing as a teenager. This morning however I have woken with beautiful lashes and full eyebrows ÔøΩ Thanks again Kelly.

Very pleased with my hd brows! My eyebrows are naturally fair and hair quite sparse, Kelly asked me questions so she knew what kind of result I wanted and I’m really pleased with them. Good advice also about growth. Thank you! X

Today was the beginning of my eyebrow rescue treatment having plucked them to death as a teenager. Expecting some degree of pain as I do with plucking my own, I felt none. Kelly not only made me feel at ease throughout the whole process but transformed my wonky eyebrows into beautiful, elegant eyebrows to be proud of in just the first session. Looking forward to growing in the rest of my eyebrows over time :D Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting beautiful brows.

I am incredibly pleased with the results after my first treatment on the “re growth” programme, Kelly explained everything clearly and she made me feel so welcome by enjoying a lovely chat at the same time! I was very nervous because my brows are everything to me and to get them where they are now has been tough! I went for my first visit this evening and my brows are now amazing! Defiantly worth 5+ stars! Thank you xx

I had my lvl lashes done by this lovely lady today. I had not been there before, but I looked Kelly up on Facebook and her reviews were exceptional. She was every thing the reviews said and more. Professional, polite, chatty and a beautiful beauty hut was waiting for me. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Can’t wait to go back again for my 2nd appointment. Thanks once again Kelly xx
