Vape club are the only company I order from as every single order has arrived the next day. The service is brilliant, I had a bottle that was cracked and they replaced my entire order (six bottles) with next day delivery. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Vape Club is awesome!!! everything you ever need for vaping they have and at great prices too! Customer service is spot on! I had an issue with my delivery address spoke to a very kind agent called Aaron who helped me out straight away and was very professional.

The variety of juices they stock means I can try different ones to see what I like and dont like. They always have the coils I need and usually tempted by a new mod or any accessories I might need. More choice here than most high street shops so I know I can get my Dinner Lady Strawberry Lemonade without delay.

I've used vape club since I started vaping about a year ago. Orders always arrive next day, unless you order after 5pm or whatever. Or a Saturday.

I bought a new mod - got it for £35 quid, as I have loyalty points.

I had a bit of a problem when I tried to order new coils, because there are 2 different mods, same name , but different coils. 😕something like that. Anyway I contacted vape club and they sent me a new set 1st class delivery, then after theye didn't fit either. They spoke to suppliers, and told the problem. They sent me out another set (no charge for any replacements ). The right ones. And advised me what coils are useable with my device.

Always 1st class service and I would highly recommend them for all your vaping needs 😊

I've used Vape Club on several occasions now and they have always been great. Delivery has always been on time and customer service seems to be top notch. Their Eliquid Explorer is superb too. These guys will always be my first port of call for my vape needs!

Today, I recieved my latest order (Pukka Juice Blaze) and when I tried to open the shortfill bottle to add the nic shot, the nozzle broke off! I could no longer use or store the juice without it ending up everywhere. I called VapeClub, and after a very helpful chat, I was offered a replacement, which was dispatched in a matter of hours, and should arrive tomorrow. Massive thankyou to Manuela who was really quick, helpful and polite with my problem.

I'm a experienced vaper who knows what he likes , all i have ever vaped and wanted to vape is Element - frost! Keep that in stock and i don't mind paying £5 per 10 mils. I need consistency and reliability and so far vape club are the only place i know of that stock it and keep it stocked. Great layout on the website to , i do like a fruity vape from time to time , so its nice to be able to pick and choose from country's i prefer.

I recently purchased a Mi-Pod for the convenience of a small device when out & about , at home I use mechs and work I use a regulated device ( that decided to die last night ) .



I contacted vapeclub in regards to an issue with the pods , I don’t know if was a dodgy pack as I know occasionally there is the odd few here and there - as we all know how machines are! , anyhows the kind people of Vapeclub have sent me a pack of pods off their own back , I wasn’t expecting that at all , such a kind gift, I can highly recommend this company for their loyalty to their customers , I know one thing ! I ordered a dot squonk a week last Friday, and unfortunately it appeared to get lost in transit somehow, despite being sent first class recorded delivery.

However they were absolutely brilliant at sorting it out for me, and after asking me to wait a reasonable time for it to turn up (1 week) they despatched a replacement for me, which turned up the next day (on a Saturday!).

Brilliant customer service, I wish more companies were like this. This was my first order from them, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will certainly be using them again.

I brought a bottle of 80ml vanilla doughnut and maple syrup a couple weeks ago. I am a first time buying customer. The bottle arrived very quickly. Ordered on a Sunday it was here Tuesday morning. Unfortunately they sent out the wrong juice. So I rang up and was told to email them with a picture of conformation letter and the wrong juice. Not long after they said they had dispatched the right juice and it arrived the next day and I was able to keep the other bottle of juice for free! Loved that service and I will be buying again!

Have a fantastic range of products for your vaping needs! Excellent delivery normally next working day. Loyalty points are a nice bonus too. First class Customer service on the one and only occasion i had an issue. Would highly recommend
