Went for the free trial day yesterday.... was very impressed and will defo be going again felt comfortable and relaxed which is great for someone with anxiety.... been wanting to go to gym for months but never felt comfortable and anxiety got in the way but this gym felt so friendly and relaxed.... I actually managed an hour.... defo going again thanks for the free trial.....

Top class gym with very friendly owners and staff. Great atmosphere. Always greeted when you walk in the door. Equipment is cleaned regularly (as I've noticed!) so their hygiene is paramount. Toilets are always clean. All the equipment you could ever need. Very impressive facilities and service. I highly recommend to all.

Took my girls to the first kids class today and they LOVED it! Lovely gym and the studio upstairs is so nice. Thanks folks �

This gym is perfect! Various weightlifting equipment to target every single muscle group. Plenty of heavy plates and a wide range of dumbbells. Modern, easy to use fitness equipment perfect for warming up. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who help their members and offer support and guidance. Great music that really gets you motivated. Cant praise this gym enough. Well done guys

Spin classes are fantastic. Motivational instructor, great music and legs burning at the end = fantastic

Just back from my second workout at Velocity.......absolutely love it! There is so much equipment whether you want a cardio or strength workout or both! And the staff are friendly and helpful, highly recommended! x

Great gym with all the equipment you will ever want, been to lots of gyms and this one is the most chilled out and friendly one I've been to, can't wait to go again. Plus the music defiantly gets you in the mood.

Excellent gym. Great mix of machines , free weights and cardio . Very handy to have changing rooms with showers and toilets too. Good selection of supplements on sale. New free weight area is a great addition. Oh and sunbeds too. Membership is very reasonable and day rates are available.There's alot more , so come and have a look/train at the best gym in Norfolk!
