Ho, ho, ho! Merry Christmas from everyone at Vivacity. 🎅☃️
The skating in werrington is fantastic. The staff are absolutely brilliant with the kids (and adults). Could not fault them one bit. My kids love going.
I use the Lido every day when it's open, regardless of whether it's raining, cloudy, windy or cold outside. As a member who pays in advance to swim at the Lido, I would expect to have even a small level of priority access as after all I'm paying for the facilities up front. However, when the sun shines I'm no more attractive to VivaCity than the people who want to sun bath in the lido who are nowhere to be seen at all other times, and would never pay for a membership. Pretty unhappy.
Very disappointed you closer the warter park on a hot Saturday.
One small note added at the last minute is disappointing.
Lead to a disappointed Child who was looking forward to enjoying the warter park.
NOT HAPPY, as a full paid up member of vivacity. Last month we had 2 weeks on the trot without weekend swims. So we had to go to Premier Hampton 7 miles away where you get a cold reception. Also a lot of the Regional swimmers go to the Lido. Guess what no information that the regional is closed over the weekend. A lot of morning swimmers at 8. Will turn up and have to wait for 9 oclock at the lido. No information between 2 pools not more than 200 metres apart. Then comes the money part, open the pool early at the LIDO on Sundays and when COPS want the pool make COPS pay for the extra hour of opening. Just get your management structure right because no one seems to be talking and sorting. I shall not reccomend a national pool in this area we would never get a swim lol .
