We have just had the professional photos back from our design and furniture installation at Norwich Castle. We are so pleased with the finished look of the project and have had some really positive feedback from staff and users of the space.

We have been working on some draft 3D renders for a residential client in the Golden Triangle this week. We are designing a new extension on the back of the property and looking into options to render the outside of the whole property.
Whilst working on the design for the new extension we are also designing the new interior of the house. This will include a new open plan kitchen/dining/living area, the main living room, the master bedroom and ensuite.

Starting the site set up to move the staff out into Portacabins for the duration of the refurbishment and a few before shots of the inside of the showroom before we get started.
The programme here takes us through to the end of June. We have 360sq.m of tiles to take up as part of the strip out works so a busy couple of weeks ahead!

Since the start of the year we have been working with Norwich Castle Museum Service (Norfolk County Council) to create a new scheme for the Rotunda Cafe within Norwich Castle.
We developed a new space plan to create a better flow for visitors around the Rotunda and specified furniture, fittings, fabrics and decoration scheme for the whole space.
We also fully managed the delivery and installation of the furniture.

Just before Christmas we finished this scheme for a sports company just outside Norwich. This is the CEO's office, he wanted the space to be more than just his office, a space where staff could come and work collaboratively with him and be creative and inspired. As the design developed it became known as the 'blue sky thinking' room.
We didn't put a single desk, instead one large table which he works at with modular seats which are made out of balance balls around the edge. We sourced specific, fun products which suited the fitness and sports ethos of the business.

We have been working with Norwich City Football Club and LSI Architects to develop the interiors and furniture scheme for the new Training Academy Building at Colney in Norwich. Over the last few weeks we have selected and specified the full furniture package with colours and fabrics and this is a sneak peek of the mood board we presented.
The furniture is all due to be installed at the end of May so photos of the finished scheme will follow....

The Duff Morgan Citroen showroom in Kings Lynn is now complete! A few shots of the new space, a complete transformation for the staff and customers.
After a busy few weeks we delivered the project on time and handed over last month.
Within the refurbishment we installed a new suspended ceiling with feature area and complete new lighting scheme, re-moved the existing tiled floor, installed new electrical floor boxes and laid new floor tiles, dry lined and plastered the walls and decorated the showroom and sales offices.

We have been on site adding some finishing touches to a clients bedroom design this week. Including cushions, lamps, curtains and blinds. We are now looking at mirror options for behind the lamps either side of the bed.
We like to give clients time to think and feel comfortable with the purchases they are making for their home, so we often design a scheme and offer to supply a smaller selection of the items/accessories to get started with. We then go back and add in more details once the client has seen the scheme come to life in their home.
We put forward options and suggestions and this allows our clients to really get involved in the design process working closely with us.

We have started work on site this week with a new client Duff Morgan Citroen. We are project managing the refurbishment of both their Norwich and Kings Lynn showrooms this year.
These are some before photos of the Kings Lynn showroom. We have worked with Duff Morgan Citroen to procure the works and refurbish the showrooms to the new corporate identity designs.
This week all the existing tiles are being removed ready for the floor to be chased out to install new floor boxes around the showroom.

Just waiting on the new bifold doors but now the scaffolding is down the new render and paintwork look amazing!
What a beautiful blue sky backdrop.
We love seeing our projects come to life and being involved with all the stages of the build and fit out.

Just a quick shot I took on site today as we finished off the dining room and servery. New pendant lights were going up and the second fix electrical was well under way. Thanks to our very hardworking team of sub-contractors we managed to finish the project and handover 3 days early so the client and the residents can start enjoying the space over the weekend ready for Christmas!

We have been so busy getting all out projects completed by Christmas we have been a bit quiet on the posting front! Here are some photos of one of our live jobs from site this morning! We handover at the end of this week and its really starting to take shape now :-) The wallpapers are from Cole and Son and I can't wait to see the finished article on Friday!

This afternoon we have been working on a residential clients living room. We are forming a new fireplace area and have been looking at different sizes and options. By drawing the elevations it helps clients visualise the proportions of the new space to make sure they are completely happy before we start work. This will be completed before Christmas so watch this space for photographs of the finished project!

Its been a busy few weeks here at Waldorf Farrow...We are currently working on a range of projects ready to start and complete before Christmas so its all go! This is one of our latest residential schemes for a clients new bathroom, we created a 3D visual to show the best use of space. Works are due to start in a couple of weeks.

Very excited to be involved in this up and coming project. Emma has been a great client to work with and the scheme looks great. Can't wait to see it all finished for the salon opening in November!

We took on this project when the client had been let down by a bad experience with their first builder. We started from the beginning and presented a new design scheme and sourced all the furniture and fittings. We then project managed the refurbishment to turn it into a beautiful new bedroom and ensuite. The client sent me these photographs today of the finished room to say thank you, a great message to receive on a Friday!

At the start of the design process we use inspirational imagery to showcase to the client our initial look and feel ideas for their scheme. These are our concept ideas for the hair salon we designed earlier this summer. This process allows us to build on a clients brief, present ideas which may not have been thought of and work closely with each client to create a bespoke vision for their project.
