Went and had a meal with friends to celebrate our anniversary. Had a lovely meal as always. Nice restaurant good staff.

Was sent a e-mail with voucher to celebrate our Anniversary, to get bottle of wine or cold drink only thing there was no voucher.

We always enjoy going to our local Beefeater, I like to book in advance online and we usually go about once a month. It has a nice friendly atmosphere and the staff are always very nice, and the service is good. It would be nice if they had more menu choices with things like Lasagna and Chilli like they have done in the past and some of the portions were a little bigger, but never mind it’s good to belong to The Rewards Club and collect points to spend when you have got 500 or more. Look forward to our next visit.

The food was excellent, as was the atmosphere. The service was also excellent and our waiter was brilliant, absolutely hilarious , really friendly and really professional. We really loved him,and we all had a brilliant time, well definitely be back. Oh and his name was Carlos.

Our waiter, Jack, ensured that we had a very pleasant evening and he saved what had become a bit of a disastrous evening! We had booked elsewhere and had such an awful experience that we'd left after an hour with no food having been served and with two very hungry children. We turned up at the Beefeater and Jack made sure our order was spot on, served quickly and all with a smile. He couldn't do enough for us. Thanks Jack!

It was actually my first experience dining out on Christmas day and I thoroughly enjoyed it, a couple of little hiccups (bound to happen) but they were rectified very quickly. My steak was cooked perfectly, the food overall was good! Our waiter Carlos went above and beyond for us and I can't thank him enough for being our server today! Thank you Beefeater Ware!

I went there yesterday for lunch with a couple of friends, we had the saver lunch 5 meals for £5 and a dessert for £2.79 it was cooked very well and we had great service, it was very busy with a good atmosphere and will definitely go back 🍽☕🍽🍴

Booked a table of 11 people for our grandfathers retirement meal and we we're all very impressed with our visit. Been here a few times before and always happy. There were a couple of errors with our order but we had Carlos as our waiter and he was very helpful and friendly service. We we're understandable it was really busy due to Easter weekend but he continued to be polite. Food was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

I visited the Beefeater in Ware whilst spending the night at premier Inn after a business meeting. I booked my table early as I was told it gets busy , the staff were very helpful and attentive . As for the meal it’s probably the best steak dinner I’ve had for a long time , cooked just to my liking then follow by a delicious Toffee Apple crumble . I would certainly recommend and will definitely come back if I’m back on business .

Bar seating area could do with being a bit more spacious as me and my friend had a drink before being seated of which my friends chair was a little uncomfortable but on request the manager changed it quickly. The starters,mains and deserts were great,atmosphere was great aswell,restaurant was nicely decorated and so were the toilets and all restaurant was clean.will definitely dine here again..👍

The service was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the portion sizes weren't great. My roast was on a small oval plate but my daughter's kids roast on a large plate. The food was squashed on the plate making it difficult to eat. Compared to other roasts at local pubs it was a bit disappointing. There was a lack of choice available for gluten free diets and no menu with the listings of what food had gluten in so the man who was at the front of the restaurant seating people had to come over to my table each time I wanted to order some food to check what the gluten content was. There was no choice of what I call a proper dessert either, just frozen yoghurt or sorbet. Very poor as most pubs/restaurants offer 1 gluten free pudding. Shame as the surroundings and staff are very good but for the prices paid, I would have expected much better.

Rather disappointed on this visit had booked on line for 1pm lunch, we were seated quickly but waited a good 10 minuets for our waitress to come and take our order for drinks and food. Waited at least 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. When the food came I had the fish and chips but found it not hot enough, I was offered something else but declined as my friend had nearly finished her meal. On asking for the bill our waitress had taken off the cost of the fish meal but I left feeling hungry after travelling from Enfield.

That was ok. Do think side orders are expensive had 5 onion rings at £3.50 or there about, guess that's where they make there profits up. We had a voucher for 50% off main meal so can't grumble. Staff are very pleasant seemed to be under staffed. It a nice restaurant like the way it's set out we will come back...

If you can't handle groups of 20 I'd suggest not to allow the booking, especially if you are going to get angry about people asking for the bill, it took over an hour for us to get everyones starters, steak was pretty good, brandy sauce on the side , I've probably had more brandy in a pint of carlsberg, it's more about the service received afterwards comments like "jesus" are not needed when a group has spent nearly £600

An atmosphere like eating in a railway station...and the place was dirty. Dirty tables. Dirty carpets. Food on the floor. Not impressed and I told them so this morning when i checked out. Still waiting for the restaurant manager to call me as promised...why does that not surprise me. If it was a school it would be put in special measures. Needs leadership. My waitress was pleasant enough but I wouldn't go there again.

Food was really tasty but for the all day deals with are mostly £5-7 the portions are small. We waited ages to be seen at the front desk, extremely busy with few staff. Food was nice, service was a little slow. Our waitress was lovely but I do think they need to have more staff on each shift so that the service speed doesn’t let down their customer reviews.

If you can't handle groups of 20 I'd suggest not to allow the booking, especially if you are going to get angry about people asking for the bill, it took over an hour for us to get everyones starters, steak was pretty good, brandy sauce on the side , I've probably had more brandy in a pint of carlsberg, it's more about the service received afterwards comments like "jesus" are not needed when a group has spent nearly £600

So sad we can't go here anymore. This chain do not cater for my granddaughter who is disabled and unable to eat apart from to suck an ice pole. This chain do not allow people to put a sealed ice pole in their freezer due to cross contamination. What cross contamination could there be. Left feeling very disappointed. We always enjoy going to our local Beefeater, I like to book in advance online and we usually go about once a month. It has a nice friendly atmosphere and the staff are always very nice, and the service is good. It would be nice if they had more menu choices with things like Lasagna and Chilli like they have done in the past and some of the portions were a little bigger, but never mind it’s good to belong to The Rewards Club and collect points to spend when you have got 500 or more. Look forward to our next visit.

The food was excellent, as was the atmosphere. The service was also excellent and our waiter was brilliant, absolutely hilarious , really friendly and really professional. We really loved him,and we all had a brilliant time, well definitely be back. Oh and his name was Carlos.

Our waiter, Jack, ensured that we had a very pleasant evening and he saved what had become a bit of a disastrous evening! We had booked elsewhere and had such an awful experience that we'd left after an hour with no food having been served and with two very hungry children. We turned up at the Beefeater and Jack made sure our order was spot on, served quickly and all with a smile. He couldn't do enough for us. Thanks Jack!

It was actually my first experience dining out on Christmas day and I thoroughly enjoyed it, a couple of little hiccups (bound to happen) but they were rectified very quickly. My steak was cooked perfectly, the food overall was good! Our waiter Carlos went above and beyond for us and I can't thank him enough for being our server today! Thank you Beefeater Ware!

There were a couple of errors with our order but we had Carlos as our waiter and he was very helpful and friendly service. I visited the Beefeater in Ware whilst spending the night at premier Inn after a business meeting. I booked my table early as I was told it gets busy , the staff were very helpful and attentive . As for the meal it’s probably the best steak dinner I’ve had for a long time , cooked just to my liking then follow by a delicious Toffee Apple crumble . I would certainly recommend and will definitely come back if I’m back on business .

There was no choice of what I call a proper dessert either, just frozen yoghurt or sorbet. Very poor as most pubs/restaurants offer 1 gluten free pudding. Shame as the surroundings and staff are very good but for the prices paid, I would have expected much better.

When the food came I had the fish and chips but found it not hot enough, I was offered something else but declined as my friend had nearly finished her meal. On asking for the bill our waitress had taken off the cost of the fish meal but I left feeling hungry after travelling from Enfield.

It was extremely busy booked a table but was kept 15 minutes to be shown to our table. When we ordered our drinks thought it best to order our meal to. it took 30 mins before we received meal. That was ok. Do think side orders are expensive had 5 onion rings at £3.50 or there about, guess that's where they make there profits up. We had a voucher for 50% off main meal so can't grumble. Staff are very pleasant seemed to be under staffed. It a nice restaurant like the way it's set out we will come back...

Food was really tasty but for the all day deals with are mostly £5-7 the portions are small. We waited ages to be seen at the front desk, extremely busy with few staff. Food was nice, service was a little slow. Our waitress was lovely but I do think they need to have more staff on each shift so that the service speed doesn’t let down their customer reviews.

If you can't handle groups of 20 I'd suggest not to allow the booking, especially if you are going to get angry about people asking for the bill, it took over an hour for us to get everyones starters, steak was pretty good, brandy sauce on the side , I've probably had more brandy in a pint of carlsberg, it's more about the service received afterwards comments like "jesus" are not needed when a group has spent nearly £600

Terrible customer service. Waited ages for anybody to even find me a table despite asking several people. No satisfaction check at any point. Even had to ask to pay the bill twice. Overcooked food. An atmosphere like eating in a railway station...and the place was dirty. Dirty tables. Dirty carpets. Food on the floor. Not impressed and I told them so this morning when i checked out. Still waiting for the restaurant manager to call me as promised...why does that not surprise me. If it was a school it would be put in special measures. Needs leadership. My waitress was pleasant enough but I wouldn't go there again.

So sad we can't go here anymore. This chain do not cater for my granddaughter who is disabled and unable to eat apart from to suck an ice pole. This chain do not allow people to put a sealed ice pole in their freezer due to cross contamination. What cross contamination could there be. Left feeling very disappointed. Manager was not helpful at all, in fact quite rude.
