Here’s a short clip from one of our members Beckie Adams , demonstrating a few different techniques on some of our equipment. We will be posting more of these throughout the coming weeks to give some of you ladies some different ideas on how to use our equipment and to change your training or just a refresh for you. Love it!! Best all-round gym in the area!! Offers a wide range of equipment and facilities for everybody's needs. Friendly and helpful atmosphere makes reaching your goals easier and more enjoyable. Would honestly score it higher than 5-stars if I could.

Absolutely without doubt the best gym in the area. Everyone from the members to staff make you feel welcome and you don’t feel out your comfort zone. Quality all round. Highly recommend if anyone is thinking should I join or not! Equipment is superb. Having been a member at other gyms in the past this one I actually look forward to going to. ����

Absolutely brilliant gym loads of kit spoilt for choice staff are friendly,helpful and easy to talk to highly recommend this place
