As always with a Bank Holiday Monday we have an eclectic mix of hobby goodness in store today! Ranging from their first Crusader session, to Guardians of the host, to #The100, its a perfect day to finish off something as well as try something new! What will you be working on today?

Every Sunday we run Crusader Gaming activities for both Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar, so wether you're taking your first steps onto the battlefield, or taking the final test for the Crusader card, we've got a personalised session for you!

I've been lax on uploading the past few weeks, but I'm back with the most packed Warhammer 40,000 Adult Crusaders night we've had in the new store! With preparations for the in store Kill Team campaign on the go, we can fit loads more hobbyists in the same space!
We've also had some really awesome new projects as well as some backlog models being cleared, what do you all think? And what have you been working on for Warhammer 40k?

We’ve been very busy today getting ready for the store anniversary this weekend.
The prizes and skulls rewards are all ready to go and the window display has made progress.

kindest most attentive staff you could ever ask for. more than helpful and always willing to go completely out of there way to help customers in any shape or form.

Went in yesterday with my son and had the best customer sevice experience ever. Christian immediately identified with my son and was able to get him started there and then on his first model. Talking about the game, the social aspect, the you tube videos, the fans, the yogscast videos and members, different game plays, just anything even remotely linked wasn't an effort at all. Identifying a starting point for my son to get involved with aims for his new hobby was interactive and uniquely tailored for him, the time put into the customer here is simply astonishing, these guys more than earn their pay packet! Highly, highly recommend if you've ever even had a passing thought about war games, modelling, minatures, fantasy, sci-fi, go on in and find out about what this game can offer you, talk to the staff, give it a go, find out about various activities, games and help. Both the gentlemen serving yesterday were amazing, patient, knowledgeable and happy to talk on a tangent too if you have different experiences. Cannot recommend enough and my son is looking forward to becoming a regular visitor and I'm looking firward to visiting my own local too! Thank you guys.

Went in with parents yesterday just to see what was going off in the store as knew off Warhammer and seen videos but never properly seen it! As we entered both members of staff there were amazing, their first questions were just simply about what I know so far, no sale pushing or advertising any new stock which is the case in other stores I've been in before, they never made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed of the lack of experience I had (should explain, have autism which I don't mind people knowing - just social situations always make me very anxious) they simply listened to me and responded as if it was a coffee meet!

After a taster session of building and painting just so I could see if I would enjoy it, I took upon the suggestions made to me and will be looking at coming again and again... If I could I think I would choose to live there!!! Thank you very much guys for showing me a fantastic time, don't think you can get rid of me now ^^

We visited the store with my 11 year old son who has just got into Warhammer at school.

The staff were fantastic and we stayed for over an hour as he put together and painted 3 newly purchased figures.

They gave him very detailed demonstrations and then stood back to let him try for himself - which was a delight to see. They set him challenges which he rose to and came away having had an absolutely fantastic time. He has already built the remaining 12 figures ! Let the painting and playing begin.

PS Ollie has asked if you remembered to put the point on the board for Broadland High School?

Visited the store as I was looking to get back into the hobby of 40k. The staff member who served me was fantastic. He was genuinely interested in me and what I was looking for and kept coming back to me with advice and tips as well as all manner of info about events and extras the store was running. There was no pressure to buy anything (although I did!) and he really made me feel welcome both in the store and within the wider hobby. I can’t wait to start some of the beginners sessions with this store. Top customer service and an all round great experience! Many thanks!

Visited the shop for the first time today very friendly and knowledgable staff with a great stock of warhammer great atmosphere happy to chat and not just push sales on you couldn't ask for better customer service if I could give more then 5 stars I would

Took my little guy in for a building session, the staff couldn't have been more helpful or more supportive. By the end of the session he had become confident in his skills and enthusiastic to come back to do more. Great service!

This is the best shop to go to. The guys in there are lovely and great at advising new and old gamers. I have an eye condition and they have been able to show me ways which not only allow me to paint well, but has in fact helped my condition slightly improve.



The people that come into the store as well as the staff create a safe and warm atmosphere most welcoming and i wouldn't go anywhere else!

Popped in while up from cornwall on holiday to pick up some paints and had a good natter with the manager in the process (sorry i didn't catch your name). If only the manager in my local store was as approachable. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

My son (7) loved the paint session and hasn't stopped talking about it since! Staff were great - really helpful.

I went into the shop yesterday with my 12 and 8 year old sons. We were welcomed with open arms and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

There was no pressure to buy anything and the help, assistance provided was first class.

I have been to the Warhammer store many times for various reasons from buying an expansion pack to playing a demo game of Dark Imperium with the new rules. Every time has been great and I enjoy talking with the staff who are always on hand making everyone welcome or the other Warhammer players. It is a great community and I highly recommend getting in to Warhammer.

Haven't even picked up a brush in around 10 years so first visit to the store. Welcoming, truly helpful staff, friendly guys in store and walked away ready to restart my youth-spent days painting and playing. Thanks to the staff, the new store is well laid out, no pressure, even though my inner-child could have purchased an entire wall!



Looking forward to a day of painting with likeminded folk.



Recommended for young and old alike. Made me realise what some kids are missing out on with tech these days.

Great staff that can help with any problem you could ever encounter, I walked in a few weeks ago with no experience at all in the hobby, now I feel quite confident with everything from building to painting. And it always amazes me how much they remember, even down to the colour scheme of the army I'm building, would definitely recommend as a relaxing place to paint and get into the warhammer hobby!

Friendly staff, very close to the main shopping areas.

Absolutly fantastic place. Visited with step son before christmas after he became interested in the hobby. He is now hooked as are the rest of us. The staff are brilliant, very knowledgable and offer great advice. They help with demonstrations and will work with you to imrove your skills. Being able to visit the shop and build/paint and learn is a great way to spend the time after school. What i particularly appreciate is that when you go for a session it is not a way to get you to spend money but to encourage you to learn and you can buy what you need at your own pace.

Saw my five year old looking in the window, asked if he wanted to come in and paint a miniature. Went back later, they recognized him and walked him through assembly and painting. Well done for taking the time, he had a blast.
