loved it, very big and lots to see.

However please improve the butterbeer, because it is disgusting and not worth Ā£3.95. It tastes of cheap, chemical pop the stuff you can get for 50p. Very nasty stuff, no wonder so many people left 90% of it undrunk.

What a WONDERFUL day!! We arrived early in the morning. Our guide Laura MC greeted us and explained what to expect and how weā€™d being do it. She was absolutely amazing and very informative! From the very first moment we arrived until the very last minute the service and experience were EASILY 5+ STARS!

User

Went to the studio with my daughter and grandaughter we all loved it so much . Itā€™s a must see if in London we made our own way there so easy to do .

User

We came on an outing today must of had over 100 children if you was there we were the bunch in the lovely orange hats!ļæ½. My child is wheelchair bound and the place is absolutely fabulous for disability access there was 2 bits he wasn't able to access but 1 of them didn't matter but the access to the carriage was made up by having a disabled access section further down the train. The gentleman who was on platform 9 3/4 around 1.50pm thanks for pointing the carriage out you made my sons day that he was able to actually get on a carriage. Thoroughly enjoy by all of our party

User

We came as a family group of 7 last Saturday. We spent an amazing 7 hours ā€˜potteringā€™ around. I cannot fault anything! From starting to ending the tour everything was perfect with attentive staff and amazing attractions. Worth every penny!

User

Unbelievably fabulous customer service, HUGE, expansive, impressive and a joy for Potter fans or even theater and/or movie lovers all around. Itā€™s a rare opportunity to really explore a true behind-the-scenes experience. Only Disneyā€™s behind-the-scenes tours in Orlando come close to comparing in customer service.

Food options are terrific given their prime locations before start of tour and in backlot. Iā€™m not the biggest fan of (super sweet and ā€œlard-likeā€) butterbeer but the kids loved them. We spent TEN hours there and still didnā€™t feel like we went thru everything we wanted. We were just too exhausted at the end. All in all, the perfect way to cap off a lovely family vacation in London.

User

The best place and visit EVER! i am so happy about this Harry Potter Tour i love it!!!!!!!!!! And iĀ“m sure that i will come back! Hugs from Buenos Aires Argentina

User

Never expected the experience we had. Value for money 5 stars, the tour 5 stars, the enthusiasm of the staff 5 stars. Did I say 5 stars yet!!! Once I got to the end, I wanted to go back to the beginning and start over. By the way everyone 5 stars

User

My kids love it. They're the Potterheads, not me :)

We spent almost 5 hours in there. Nice touch with the snitch hunting, keep the kids excited. Love the butterbeer and the ice cream!

User

It was amazing. Very well done and worth the trip. Even if youā€™re not a HP super fan, the attention to detail and the tour were amazing to see. Definitely a must see attraction if youā€™re visiting London

User

It exceeded my expectations! Everything was perfect from the beginning to end. On display nearly every set and prop you could imagine as well as loads of concept art and models. Big reveal after big reveal. Shops were excellent and I enjoyed the cafe and butter beer! Spent six hours and could have spent much longer. Only thing I didnā€™t like was the flying broomstick bit...I couldnā€™t hear the person tell me what to do on the video and you only view the video for five seconds before deciding to purchase. Wasnā€™t so happy about that and it also felt too rushed. Would have liked more interaction with the staff. Thank you for a wonderful, magical day out!

User

I was at the work trip in Brighton and the first think I thought about before I went to out was to see the most. When I was looking for some places at the internet The Warner Bros Studio entertainment shown up and That was It. I know the story because my daughter love the story and I saw the mooves.

The Studio trip was Really Great, just perfect.

At the beginning we were late, some troubles with the train. We were in big stress to come in, but the crew was just great. They helped us to come in to the group we should be with and the crew in the Studio was just perfect. They stop the people to give the informationes about the exhibition and possibilities.

I'm planning to go again with my kids next year.

User

I toured the studio last week with my Year 5 class. It was brilliant. The kids loved every minute and so did I. From the time our school bus pulled in, Alex and her team seamlessly guided us into the studios and off we went! One of the best school field trips ever!!

User

Had a wonderful audio tour here yesterday - loved it so much! The Tudor tour is organised really well and the information provided was so interesting, I learnt a lot. My only suggestion would be to add more seats; it is a long tour (I spent about 5 hours there), and people are often in one location for quite an extended period of time (listening to their audio guide), so it would be great to have some seats where we could relax and listen (this would greatly increase the accessibility of the tour). Otherwise, fantastic!

User

FANTASTIC!!! 4th time going and I've never been disappointed. Lauren and Bilanka (I think that's how you spell her name?) Did a fantastic job with the Behind the Seams part! Thank you so much for taking the time to show us closer looks at the costumes. The staff were incredibly helpful and offered to get me slippers instead of my heels (A poor choice in footwear on my part-my feet were aching but it was all worth it). Thanks to the staff guy that explained Lunas dress and gave us extra facts around the tour (I apologise that the name escapes me). Fab advice by Tom Riddles gravestone and the Forbidden Forest is yet another plus!

All the best and kindest regards!

Catherine the Hufflepuff in Heels, and Tanya.

User

Amazing. I went recently to the tour and had a fantastic time. The new addition of the Forbidden Forest is amazing. Spent hours here. The butter beer was great and I decided to treat myself to the tankard. It was Ā£6.95 but gave me a great souvenir to take home.

Looking at the Hogwarts Castle model was truly an amazing sight. So much detail in one model.

Of course I decided to spend a lot in the gift shop and it in itself is amazing to walk through. I spent over Ā£200 there and got quite a lot including 2 wands, a giant pygmy puff, key rings, marauders map replica and loads more. I donā€™t mind the pricing of the gifts as it is London so everything is more pricey plus when else would I get to buy some of the studio exclusives. Overall it was a great day out

User

Amazing me and my sons loved every minute my boys faces lit up at all everything truly was magical definitly recommend a visit to all Potter Fans x

User

Absolutely amazing time here!! Brought some fab things from the shop too

Still canā€™t get over all the interesting things Iā€™ve seen and learnt today! Best birthday present ever and well worth waiting 4 months for!

Honestly canā€™t wait to go back again!

User

We had been looking forward to the Goblet of Fire display and Forbidden Forest as they hadn't been there on previous visits.

But we were really disappointed with the Goblet of Fire display. There were far too many people around it that if you were behind the front row you missed it. It would be better if it was on a plinth/stage so that everyone would get to see it. And in trailers it showed the 'case' lowering, but the 'case' was in main tour nowhere near Goblet. Very misleading advertising.

Also the Forbidden Forest was a big let down especially Aragog, the lighting for him was terrible. And the Patronus was just pathetic. Sorry but it looked like a dog out with a jacket of lights on. Nothing like a graceful Patronus. We had wrongly expected there would be so much more to it.

We enjoyed the rest of the tour as usual, and the staff were great with a vast knowledge (especially the girl in the wand shop who knew where even totally random crew members wands were!).
