Waveney Valley Farm Shop

We are Hoping for a busy second weekend of trade! Michael Is in the shop today,and has it all set up and ready to go! He's not happy about it being a rainy Saturday, but he is happy to be modelling our new aprons! Some great photos taken by Earsham Wetland Centre warden Andrew!

IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!! That's right, we may have started late in the year, but we at the Waveney Valley Farm Shop are determined to let our customers enjoy our fantastic local produce. We have sourced some delicious 35 day matured beef and bronzed turkey, as well as a custom hamper service that we are now taking orders for. One happy customer tried some of our locally sourced pork. Specifically, our boneless rolled pork belly joint! They sent us in a picture of how great it looked, and how delicious it tasted. We value all feedback and would love to see more of our customers sending us their pictures, and tagging our page in them! This way we can see just how our produce is being prepared and enjoyed!

What an incredible opening week we have had! It's been great seeing so many new faces, and also people who said they would come back and visit, once the shop had been opened. Hopefully you have all been enjoying our fresh produce and products from local food producers. We are now building up to Christmas, and will have more info about a fantastic range of products for you to order soon! In the mean time here is a look at the meat our butchers have been offering up this week!

The fresh meat counter was on for the first time today, packed with more things from local meat producers. It's not just our ambient products we buy local, it's everything! Look out for the deli counter going on tomorrow as we take another step towards the finished product, and come and try some fantastic cheese and cured meats from Norfolk and Suffolk.

We couldn't believe our luck when we found this original flint wall going to waste in the old tool shed!! Our farm shop manager, Michael, decided it would be a crime to hide away something so amazing. We have used it as the main feature, that the rest of our shop is designed around, it has largely inspired the entire look of the shop. We hope you all think it's as fantastic as we do!
