Amazing benefits to the brain when listening to music!

As you know I am a big fan of neuroscience, in particular related to learning and memory being a L&D Specialist. VR training has major advantages, which far outweighs other outdated training models. I have tried V.R. games, which are so surreal and engaging. Memory tends to be anchored & made stronger when there is increased multi-sensory and emotional input - because of the emotional reaction, the stronger the memory will be. This has been the case for many years. In the 9...0's when I was working with clients with addictions; negative emotional & sensory input using videos was provided to create a significant negative memory to deter certain behaviour. Using current V.R. stimulation, surely would have more impact, potentially assisting treatment? Also studies in dementia patients & care homes go to great lengths to provide a calming environment for patients based on colour, signage, familiar furniture etc that replicates their memories when younger/ prior to the onset of dementia. I wonder if the use of V.R. could be used for Mental Health & Wellbeing, not only for Corporate Training!
