The service in Mill Hill Broadway is really good, I have ordered though Uber Eats many times and asked for a "Egg Mayo Sandwich" instead of "Ham and Cheese" Sandwitch and they always listen really good! Excellent customer service :)

After shopping from the Northwood hills branch on a daily basis for months I can say that it's rare nowadays to find such a professional and welcoming team. They are always fast, pleasant and efficient !!

Hi.....several times I went to honeypot lane store they never have a few items, like wild rocket.. today I went to North Harrow shop I ask for a chicken club I even point, but went I to eating it as a pastrami. Is not the first time that happens to me..... thanks....

Absolutely gutted at what you have done to the ginger bread man for Easter. My son who has suspected autism loves the ginger bread men so much but the waster bunnies have far to much toppings on. Keep it the same as you usually do for ginger bread men just make it into a bunny shape. Waste of money today he refused to eat it xx

Used to regularly buy from Baker Street shop. However, last time i found a hair in the wrap i bought. The staff should be more careful when preparing the products, for future reference!

To be ignored in your shop is absolutely disgraceful

The cake from Wenzels was nicely decorated and good in taste and texture, but I got a small metal screw in my mouth when I took a bite of it. I had not expected such a thing from a brand like Wenzels and for the price I paid.

Staff in Stanmore need some customer service training, very unhelpful and put my pizza in a bag which mashed it all up and made it inedible

Asked for better packaging or a box and was told they don't do anything else! Just a massive platter plate

Ordererd a delivery that included 2 bacon and sausage baguettes from the branch in Hanwell. Sausages were so well done they were literally black, hard and dry. The bacon was really well done and like cardboard. How anyone with eyesight can have the audacity to send out food like that is disgusting. I called to complain and was told that it is how they do it and no one else complains??? Awful.

Just bought a southern fried chicken wrap from your St Albans store and just got home to find it has hardly any chicken and stuffed full of lettuce. I have a picture taken but can’t post it here against the review. If the product was described as a southern fried lettuce wrap then it would be more accurate.

I visited your bakery in West Drayton today and brought an Egg and Cress baguette for lunch. i took around 3 mouth fulls of it before i noticed something strange about the texture. I then pulled a long grey hair from my mouth possibly female in origin. I then noticed the other half of the hair in the Baguette . I was utterly disgusted. I threw the baguette away. I am so grossed out by it that i am never going to visit one of your bakeries again. It is clear the fact that the long hair was in the baguette that your staff do not wear hair nets while preparing the fillings which is a requirement under the the Food Safety Act 1990 to ensure that foreign bodies do not cross contaminate food. I myself am aware having worked in the restaurant business as a chef for over a decade that human hair and human skin harbour all kinds of bacteria including E-colli. I am totally disgusted by the lack of care taken by your food handlers.

I am getting tired of the stale salad sold in the Mill Hill Broadway shop baguettes. For the last year I have had rank lettuce that tasted as if it had been stored for a couple of weeks, and limp cress, bordering on slimey, cucumber slices that had dried surfaces.

This afternoon my husband kindly bought me a cheese salad baguette which is still sitting next to me as it is so old it should have been binned at least by yesterday. The cheese has gone dry and hard, the cucumber is floppy and stale, the cress limp and nasty and the lettuce is turning to slime. No way was this made today, and probably not yesterday either. I thought it wasn't permitted to sell out of date food and that bakeries dumped their stale stuff at the end of the day if unsold. You have lost several customers today, was it worth the cost of a few stale items over the last year?
