Just want to say thank you to all of the team at Wheels Honda Leicester. I turned up without booking and they squeezed in my MOT a couple of weeks ago. Today service all done on my CBR. Nothing was too much trouble, gave me a nice courtesy bike and repaired my visor and a called to say it was done. Simple great service makes all the difference thanks

I visited a good few times just browsing but went in for test rides yesterday and Garry was very helpful explaining different options to the bikes I was looking at and advice on aftermarket add ons. Overall a very well laid out showroom something for everyone in there and on site cafe is the perfect place to sit and think and talk to other like minded people.

I recently traded in a BMW R1200RT for an Aprilia Caponord. Wheels offered me a fair trade in, I got to ride their Capo demonstrator to help me make the purchasing decision and then they gave me a good deal on accessories I wanted to spec the bike up. I took it back 5 days later for its first service. As all the accessories hadn't yet arrived, they loaned me a V-Strom for several days until the parts arrived and could be fitted. This was to save me a lot of running back and forth, as I live 70 miles from Peterborough. Plus you get emergency recovery on the Aprilia and Wheels offer lifetime warranty as long as they service the bike. They offer a service plan to help manage the cost of this. So far, I can't fault Wheels. They can't do enough for me, and Garry Johnson in Sales is a pleasure to deal with. The guys in service reception were really nice guys too. Thank you from a happy customer.

I absolutely love everything about wheels but at the top of my list are the wonderful and helpful staff that seem to go above and beyond my expectations. I really don’t know what I would do without them and cannot recommend them enough. Keep up the great work and fantastic customer service!

Great shop dealt with garry johnson just a brilliant experiance with him he took his time with me as this was my first big motorbike so i made the right choice and i did. Im in love with my gsr750, the other impressive thing about garry was i walked into wheels for the first time without even a cbt booked then everytime i visited after to buy bits and bobs he saw me and asked about my lisence progression which straight off the bat gave a good impression and personal reference. All other staff were helpfull shop maintained well big thumbs up to all the guys especially garry

Great deal on my new Aprilia, good part exchange value even when after it turned out there was an issue they were good about it. I took a service plan and always got the bike back cleaned. It's had two recalls which both times were done very quick and a warranty claim on disc rotas which can be controversial due to how they wear. No problem for this lot. I've recommended two friends and received vouchers both times which I used towards bike kit which they discounted.



They are a big dealership and reading other comments I'm sure they at times have got things wrong be it training issues or time scales but given how much they offer I can only praise them

Found Wheels while browsing online. Called and spoke to Garry in sales... Extremely friendly and informative. Far better than what I'd found closer to home. Long story short... I'm waiting eagerly for my new GXSR1000 that Wheels are delivering to me tomorrow... Cheers Garry for all your help and I'm glad I made the journey (from Bristol) to meet you and the guys.. (Got a great deal on an Alpinestar 1piece from Matt in clothing while I was there...) Highly recommend this store and look forward to dealing with you in the future...

Could spend a fortune at this place. Called in yesterday for a browse after covering a few miles in the sun. Asked if the cafe was open, it had closed but someone went and made me a mug of tea! Very much appreciated.

Bought a Honda Fireblade SP 2017 and picked it up yesterday. Massive thanks to Aaron for making it a smooth pick up. Loving the bike and see you in a few weeks for the first service. I've bought all my bikes from these guys and will continue to do so as will my wife and son. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

Was there yesterday for service and MOT and a friend of mine who met us there bought a 2017 Huyabusa.

Had to wait around a bit after being told they'd get mine in first thing when I made the call. Got back to Colchester just after 4pm when I needed to be back for 2 :/

Doesn't stop me from using them again. I'll be sure to firm up times with them next time :)

Other than the miscommunication for time I can't fault the service.

Took Vespa in for first service and showed a picture of oli leak from rocker cover , i left with then for 2 days to pick up and be told oil leak was from sump plug ! got home and oil on the floor ! , returned a week later and had rocker cover and breather cover gaskets change and lots of apologies , fingers crossed thats fixed it
