'The Energy Shift'

This is a healing combining sound, energy, crystals, essential oils and body work. Using 'singing bowls' from Bali (where I completed my Level 1 & 2 sound healing qualifications), crystals (collected whilst on my travels), organic essiential oils, massage and touch.
Tailored to fit each individual's needs.
Helping to shift stagnant energy and trapped emotions.

£50 for a one off session and consultation (1hr 30mins)
£40 a session for a course of 6 (1hr 30mins)
£30 a session for a course of 6 (1hr)

Private group healing at a one off price of £20 per person.

Healing space can be created at your home (petrol cost added to price), out in nature or at my healing room in Swanton Novers woods, Norfolk.

'Veggie Food'

Homemade raw cakes, energy balls, 'nut butters', raw chocolate, smoothie, juices, salads, 'Buddha bowls', currys and casseroles. No meat, diary, refined sugar, gluten and can be changed to cater for allergies.
Catering for women's /men's groups, parties, social gatherings, healing events and small festivals.
