What a great way to finish remembrance Sunday parade all the Worksop Veteran breakfast club members and the worksop banch of the Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Association meet up and have a drink or three to absent friends. Bar Staff was great as all ways. As they do have to put up with a lot of drunk squaddies and lot more banter than there normal punters

Went for lunch with my friend and we really enjoyed it thank you the food was excellent

We had a staff/ birthday party Tuesday 29th November. Everything from the table to the food and service was outstanding . Our waiter was amazing couldn't do enough for us . We will all be returning very soon . Can't thank you all enough xx

Often have sunday lunch here, the roast dinners are good, and fresh, the club sandwich is filling, the chilli and chips are good, the food is very good here and all freshly cooked, we shall be back again soon

Love yates been in recently with a few friends the staff was very friendly and welcoming I ordered some food when I got my food the guy asked if everything was OK he was so polite and we'll manner could not of asked for better service thumbs up to you guys

Hi Yates been in with a large party the pub was full we all ordered our food it was a little while before we got it but that wasn't a problem there was a lot of us the staff were great pleasant was smiling all the time even though they never stopped rushing about we come in quite often with a large group and its always the same good atmosphere and they can't do enough for you we do miss the last manager you had can't think of his name but he was an asset to Yates thankyou once again to all the staff see you soon the birthday table xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Great venue nice and clean and well presented. In the current climate that we are involved in, any bar would be hard work. If you don't come out and see the changes then you don't know. Well done to the new team at Yates Worksop.

Great food, cheap beer and the alterations to the beer garden is superb but it could use a gate which you can open from the outside for people with dogs

The breakfasts are great value for money and very decent portions. Yates’s is my favourite place in Worksop as the manager and his team always make us feel so welcome and special. Thank you xxx

Yates's is so much better these days than it was a year or two ago and we have started goiing again on a regular basis over the last few months. The place is kept cleaner and tidier, staff are really helpful and friendly, food quality is excellent and some nice real ales are available. Our only quibble is with the recent new menu which has seen the disappearance of a couple of our favourites and a big hike in the price of some meals - still great value though.

Would like to say a big thank you to Zoe who went out of her way to find me some lunch owing to my wheat allergy. Lovely friendly and professional service. Thank you Zoe. My meal was lovely too

Went yesterday and had small breakfast with toast. Breakfast was lovely, and the free large OJ that came with it made it a real bargain. The only downside was the other customers... only about 6 of them, all supping booze at 9am and 1 fast asleep at the table. Lovely staff too. I hadn't been here for months and it was a pleasant surprise.

Went for a meal yesterday hubby had the mixed grill and I had the salmon was not impressed at all the chips tasted like cardboard and the veggies were half cooked

Good night out but the bouncers speak to you like shit (called me a fat bitch) and it takes them nearly a month to deal with the complaint. No apologies from either the bouncer or Yates management.

Cold meal,parts missing clueless staff. Meal sent back. Went and had the same meal cheaper, and better, served by staff that at least looked as if they cared, at liquorish garden

Watch out people wen u drink in ere . They automatically give u doubles . Which is ok if u want 1 . If u don't u get 1 and charged for 1 . It's happened 2 me twice . About time the staff woz trained again

Waited over an hour for our food order even though not many people in....Once food arrived it was only luke warm and bits missing...The girl was apologetic but no offer of a discount or free drink or anything...looked to be short staffed yet a manager looking type man was just sat on his laptop appearing either totally unaware or not bothered about the wait people were having. A shame really as the menu and prices were good ...very disappointing!!

Not impressed at all. Ordered a veggie burger, got served a beef burger. Staff argued with me about it. Never received an apology or any form of compensation. Won't be returning.

Little blonde at bar just ignored me and wait more than half hr to get served then walked away cos Worksop scum is not worth it never will I go past train station again what a shit hole I live in

I've been promised that we gonne have a free meal on Thursday. When we get there a gentlemen said that we are not on the list, shortly we find out that we weren't the only ones. Real mess, shows how organised they are.
