Ive been a Holistic & Beauty Therapist of over 16yrs now. I found my way back to Yoga about 3yrs ago now and started exploring.
Feeling the need to slow down and be more gentle and nuture myself, this practise called out to me, which is why i feel ive started my Yoga Career training in Yin /Restorative.
We seem to these days live in such a fast paced, switched on and highly stimulated life, that finding a lil place of quiet and calm and stillness may be just whats needed to help restore some balance. It just seemed to tie in nicely with my passions within my work i do now.
