Went to this restaurant in Bushey yesterday. Food was amazing, service amazing and a lovely atmosphere too. They also have a fantastic garden where we went for drinks after our meal. Will definitely be back. We loved it!
Went to Zaza for dinner tonight. Really busy and buzzy atmosphere. Waiters happy smiley and efficient. Food excellent - hot, tasty and well presented. Roasted salmon main delicious. Choc brownie yummy. Fabulous evening- I will be back
We booked the Harpenden restaurant for our friends babyshower on Sunday. There were 18 of us. We sat upstairs which was a nice area.
The waitress was so good, patient and lovely. The food was so yummy and came out at the same time so noone was left waiting (Amazing really) We all had a great time.... Especially the mum-to-be, so thank you.
This is an amazing restaurant. I have been here 3 times now and would recommend it to anyone. The service is great and the food is delicious. Plenty of choice, some specials too! Canβt wait to return again!
The Zaza's in Rickmansworth is simply brilliant. I enjoy going every time and the service is incredible. That's unusual praise from me. I normally like more expensive restaurants! Yet Zaza's in WD3 has got it right!

My friend and I went to zaza bushy last minute without booking last Friday night. I've to many zaza's but this one was amazing. Very accomadating. Beautiful decor and large potions. The service w as fantastic too. Very big inside too. Will start going to this one even thought it's further away than my local one in pinner. X

Just had lunch at Zaza today and all I can say is that I loved everything about this restaurant, the atmosphere, the decor, the impeccable service and of course the most amazing food...We'll definitely be coming back!!
Just had a fantastic meal at Zaza Enfield! The calamari were perfectly cooked, the spicy prawns were delicious & the creme brΓ»lΓ©e with salted caramel ice cream was to die for! Definitely the best Italian restaurant in Enfield!

It was our first time here, and it was my partners birthday. Food amazing, staff were very friendly and professional. They went the extra mile for us. Beautiful and romantic atmosphere. Well worth the money!
I went here with my mum & friend and we had a lovely time. The team were friendly and very quick to seat us, serve us drinks and even dish up our starters & mains. Not rushed and very professional, they also didn't continuously ask us if everything was okay! Had a lovely time, will be coming back.
Fantastic meal for our family, fit in at the last minute. Love the decor inside. Really spoilt for choice on the menu and all our choices were fantastic including the kids menu. Only wish we lived closer or you would expand to the North West!

We had lunch in the Enfield branch today. Excellent service and the food was good quality and plentiful: I recommend the warm goatβs cheese salad. Very clean and comfortable surroundings. I will be back.
I went with a friend to the Bushey restaurant to celebrate her birthday last night.
Staff polite and service quick but very dissatisfied with the food.We both chose Veal Milanese .Sent it back on then receiving another that was tough and overlooked.Opted for a stater,goats cheese tart with a side.It was edible but pastry hard and when cutting nearly lost contents off plate.
Needless to say we didnβt opt for dessert.
Staff were polite and did apologise but we left feeling quite disappointed οΏ½
No decent choice on the menu.I had to have a chicken salad then when I got home was very ill.They virtually threw us out at 7:30 as we had been there since 4:30.There were 13 of us so the bill was quite high.Over rated.Wont be going again.

No allergen information available on the website (unlike all of their competitors), so I emailed the Ruislip restaurant with an enquiry and got no reply. Emailed head office and also got no reply. Terrible customer service. If you have any dietary requirements go to any of the other Italian restaurants instead, they are much more accommodating.
