Ian Lloyd has been absolutely fantastic. Honestly I wasn't sure about using an independent advisor but I cannot fault Ian or his service. Ian spoke to me on the phone when I was in a panic and found a house I wanted without even arranging a mortgage or speaking to him previously, he moved things around and applied for an agreement in principle the next day, which meant we could put a security deposit on the new build so no one else could buy it. Ian then came and saw us for an initial meeting where he made everything clear and answered all our questions, he then applied for another agreement in principle with a bank with better rates after talking us through everything. He made sure to fit around our schedule especially as my partner worked shifts and I am in and out of appointments. He then advised us on the banks, deal etc and came back the following week after taking into account our specific, individual and unique situation and spoke to us about the deals. He applied for the mortgage there and then and continued to upload documents. He was very efficient, always on the end of the phone even at 7am in the morning or 11pm at night, no question was treated as stupid, helped us with the solicitors and helped us with our help2buy paperwork and sending it off. His assistant Rosie was equally efficient, very quick, dedicated, constant updates, very personable and friendly and helped scan paperwork for us when we had no scanner! Ian provided an excellent and quality service and I would recommend Ian to anyone looking to buy a house, you are not only paying for his market knowledge, you are paying for his years of experience and personal relationships with the banks that he can get things done quicker, get answers and concerns alleviated quicker and get more thorough information. Ian and his team are AMAZING , when I had any queries Ian was answering my calls even in the evening after work hours. Ian helped us to choose a right mortgage deal and supported all the way through the process. All his team done a good job from A to Z. Ian Lloyd has been absolutely fantastic. Honestly I wasn't sure about using an independent advisor but I cannot fault Ian or his service. Ian spoke to me on the phone when I was in a panic and found a house I wanted without even arranging a mortgage or speaking to him previously, he moved things around and applied for an agreement in principle the next day, which meant we could put a security deposit on the new build so no one else could buy it. Ian then came and saw us for an initial meeting where he made everything clear and answered all our questions, he then applied for another agreement in principle with a bank with better rates after talking us through everything. He made sure to fit around our schedule especially as my partner worked shifts and I am in and out of appointments. He then advised us on the banks, deal etc and came back the following week after taking into account our specific, individual and unique situation and spoke to us about the deals. He applied for the mortgage there and then and continued to upload documents. He was very efficient, always on the end of the phone even at 7am in the morning or 11pm at night, no question was treated as stupid, helped us with the solicitors and helped us with our help2buy paperwork and sending it off. His assistant Rosie was equally efficient, very quick, dedicated, constant updates, very personable and friendly and helped scan paperwork for us when we had no scanner! Ian provided an excellent and quality service and I would recommend Ian to anyone looking to buy a house, you are not only paying for his market knowledge, you are paying for his years of experience and personal relationships with the banks that he can get things done quicker, get answers and concerns alleviated quicker and get more thorough information. He also got us a free survey, cash back and home move box as he looks at the bigger picture rather than just the eye catching figures. After my 5 years I will definitely be returning to see Ian, I will also stay in touch because he is very personable, presentable and genuinely a nice guy. I would very highly recommend Ian.
