The fit4less was amazing and the 2 times me and partner have been had been amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful towards numbers.

One of the best gyms ive ever been to all the staff are very helpfully, and lots of fun classes to join in, my favour class is hip hop dance, so much fun. I would defo recommend this gym to all my friends nd family. All the staff make you feel very welcome and are more then welcome to help you out if you need it. So dont hessatae and join this gym today. Its the best think ive ever done, its gonna help me so much and can not wait to see a differnet in my self and when i do i will have this gym and staff to thank so much. I go to the gym 3 days a week, and every time ive got staff have wanted to help me and there all smiling at you and asking if ur ok, i also got my parnet nd one of my mates to join with me and thet love it too. Could not of asked for a better gym it was worth the wait until it opened, its helping me so much so far.

Love love love this gym more than any I have ever been a part of! There is an undeniable sense of community and loyalty which has been maintained especially well during the sudden closure last week. I was so impressed to see clips on Facebook of staff and members coming together to move equipment and wish I could have been there to help too! A massive thank you to all the staff who have ensured your members still have somewhere to go at such short notice. Very proud. Can't wait for the new gym to open���

Love it great place to perfect my boxing skills with the boxing station and all the great new equipment well it speaks for itself join guys you wont regret it

I've now been about 4/5 times since it opened and I have really enjoyed it, friendly staff, excellent equipment, and as someone previously said....a chilled atmosphere. I don't feel any pressure or intimidated when I walk in, like some gyms. People are doing what they need to do ☺️ love it.

I've been going since November and always lived it but today I got out of the gym from a truly amazing class! Sarah really pushed us through it! And I'm feelig so amazing after such a long time since my last gym class! The staff and the atmosphere at this gym is truly something special!

High roof, open and clean spaces, you've got the feeling the gym is empty but isn't. Staff very friendly. Different types of exercises divided by areas.

Great equipment with absolutely lovely staff that are really knowledgable with how to use the equipment aswell as nutrition. Would highly recommend to anyone - even someone who has never been to a gym and wants to start.

Brilliant gym with a wide variety of classes for all levels of fitness! Compact, clean and excellent for working out with free weights as well as gym equipment. You definitely get value for your money for its services and central location. What makes the gym best in town is its positive and welcoming team!

An amazing gym. Well organised and tidy. Friendly and professional staff. Spent there two days with my wife and we didn't pay for a first session.

Very good for weights( dumbbells up to 50kg), cardio, and calisthenics.

Very poor customer service. When I joined the gym, I was told i could cancel at any time as long as I gave a 30 day notice. In February I decided I no longer wanted to continue the membership so decided to cancel. I emailed the office to start the cancellation process but was told i had entered a contract which I wasn’t made aware of. I decided to call the gym to explain the situation but was rudely told that they could not do anything. I decided to call the head office where i was told only the manager of the gym could release me from the contract. I contacted the manager and was told she would cancel it, i was charge the next payment which I expected, but have now just been charged again.

This gym is an absolute joke. I used to love it until they moved without telling anyone, opening times were rubbish. Could only use the pop up gym if you didn't work. They closed in April to tell every one they would be opening next month so I waited then was told it will be the next month and so on and so on. We are now in October and they were supposed to be opening this month to now be told it will open next month! Shock! When I phoned up the staff didn't really know what was going on, so I asked for head offices phone number to which I was given the private mobile number to a member of staff in head office, think there's a break in data protection law there.

Stay away from this gym. I canceled before they opened as I was fed up with waiting for them to open. I now have repeated letters coming demanding money..... what a complete joke this company is. I also went to the gym to sort it out which they told me they had done and low and behold I recieved another letter this morning

Previously rated this gym as 5 stars until I took the decision to cancel my membership as I no longer used it regularly. I have had the worse cancellation process ever, beginning in February and am still paying now. (August). I will be cancelling my direct debit via my bank. I strongly advise you to reconsider signing up.

Poor customer service! When i joined the gym they did make a 2 accounts for me with 2 direct debits! It was such a pain as they did not do anything for it , i have to ring to help line every day and ask the staff members to sort it out!! They was not bothered at all about Their mistake!

Now.. i did ask them to cancel my membership.. it takes ages again. I have been told by staff members that its cancelled but this morning receive a text from Harlands about i did cancel my direct debit, but membership is not cancelled so they want my money!? If you gonna do something do it right, guys! Awful customer service i have ever seen!

Now closed after 6pm and nothing other than free weights.



Very disingenuously, fit4less just told all its members it had to put up with no ability to use in evening and a fraction of the equipment.



No offer to slash the cost of membership to match the reduction and staff were quite self congratulatory that they had found a great solution - despite no ability to use after work and no machines of any kind, and didn't seem to appreciate that this was a much worse service.
