From start to finish 1StopSpas listened to everything we required and project managed everything, from delivering and building a beautiful outbuilding, to supplying and fitting a state of the art hot tub. We will definitely be using 1StopSpas for aftercare and servicing, as their customer service and "can do" attitude is flawless. Thoroughly recommended 10/10.

Hired a tub for a week in half term as a bit of family celebration. Great service, really very easy to sort. As a family we had some quality time and lots of laughs. Friendly staff, would definitely hire one again and would highly recommend Chris and the team.

I spent the day with these lovely guys watching how they put everything together from off the trailer to all singing and dancing functions. These guys work nicely together and are very attentive to every detail - they did not miss anything. It was a great pleasure to spend the day with them. I'm absolutely loving the hot tub as for me it is not only for pleasure but also to aid recovery from heavy recent surgery. I have just taken delivery of a Vita Joli Hot Tub from 1 Stop Spas and have to say I've been impressed by the company's professionalism and in particular, their customer service. I've been very well looked after throughout the process from the start, especially given the difficulties I had in finding a reliable builder to prepare an area in my garden for its installation. The delay caused by this was dealt with by the company in a very helpful way who offered up practical solutions such as recommending a builder with whom they work closely and storing the unit until the work (which incidentally was excellent) was completed. The installation process carried out by their own team, went without a hitch given the difficulty in accessing my garden! The hot tub is great and in our rather unusual case, was well worth waiting for. So on behalf of myself and my partner, very many thanks to Chris and Melissa for taking the stress out of of the difficulties we encountered following the placement of our order and helping to get things moving. In conclusion we have no hesitation in highly recommending 1Stop Spa to anyone who is looking to add a touch of class to their well being.

Love my hot tub use it every day, they are great to relax in after work or to entertain, my grandsons love it, one of my best purchases. We had a great service from Chris, very informative and helpful and lots to choose from. You can even book to try them out in the showroom. Chris was intouch with us all the way from order to instalation and will work round any obstacles. They stay the day to install then go through everything you need to know to maintain but are also on the end of the phone should you need help or advice but I have found it easy. Terry and I bought a Vita Cabaret hot tub from 1 Stop Spas in September and we just love it! It's great for bad backs and arthritis. The pain in my hands and feet has reduced considerably and Terry's back has eased giving him a better nights' sleep. We're out in it in all weathers! Was great watching fireworks from it on New Years Eve! Terry did have a problem with chlorine but Chris put us onto O Care (a mixture of high quality mineral salts) which we use with a small amount of bromine and he's fine now. They are a great team at 1 Stop Spas...a friendly helpful bunch! And Chris will answer any question you throw at him! We look forward to many years of happy hot tubbing!

Fantastic service, I spent hours phoning around spa and hot tub places for pump seals and they never had a clue but these guys had the seals and some great advice about fitting then, don't try anybody else guys come straight to these and save yourself time and money

The order of the spa was taken at the shop about six weeks ago and from there
It was trouble free for our family
Everything from Base to Electrics was sorted for us
All we had to do was sit back and wait for delivery and that was amazing to say the least
Although I live in a detached house there isn't a lot of room at the side of the property.
That didn't stop 1 stop spas , they got it through with the help of a crane and the professionalism of the job was amazing to say the least .
The weather had been horrendous and after half a day of getting soaking wet Chris and his team guided us through everything we needed to know and nothing was to much trouble
The aftercare sounds as good as it gets too!!!!!!
