Built from Derbyshire stone and with a "footprint" of just 168 square feet (50. 45sqm) 10 Chevin View is a single aspect end cottage with a small front yard, large divorced walled garden to the side and double garage ( a recent addition built around 2009) It has 1930's sash windows, Victorian quarry tile flooring on the ground floor an outside toliet (disused but repairable) and exposed original beams. The double staircas is only 3 feet wide and is very steep due to the house's size
