Went here Saturday for the first time! Great music and atmosphere!! Thanks so much for looking after me and my girls Adam - always the perfect host! šŸ’ƒšŸ¼šŸ’–

Loved it x tried to hit us with a minimum spend of Ā£45 per person when just calling in for a drink if we wanted a table however we declined went to the bar met a nice waiter along the way who gave us a table with no minimum charge ! Sort it out 100 Wardour Street ļæ½

Had a fantastic night here last night. Great food, great service and great music. Couldnā€™t fault it at all.

User

Friendly and helpful staff... Great atmosphere.... Gorgeous food, the lamb was perfect and the truffle mash was to die for...full marks and compliments to the Chef Kim Woodward. Would we return?...For sure!!!

User

Couldn't fault this place from start to finish. Attentive staff from taking my coat to walking us to our table. Very nice waiter, Daniel, who went through the menu with us. Food was delicious, the steak melted in your mouth. Fantastic live band, which was not too loud. Had a fabulous night and realised it used to be Banana's Disco back In the 80's, where I spent many a night ļæ½ļæ½exceÄŗlent night.

User

Been there last weekend, for dinner and drinks in the lounge/bar area with some business partners. Good service and food was good as well. Only thing was when we were done with dinner and drinks and wanted to go downstairs to the club/restaurant area, we had to queue to go down, as it was quite late. So either book in club/restaurant to eat or come in earlier to have dinner, as I have been before and had dinner upstairs and could easily go downstairs to the bar and enjoy the live music. Great venue to have some drinks and enjoy live music.

User

Amazing place, high standard of service, good food especially mash with truffles. Thanks to Alexandra, who I managed to book this place twice with. Great atmosphere, tasty music! Oh, and of course, Najib -handsome and very professional waiter, who served our table during my both visits to the club: very attentive! Once again, thank you D&D for another beautiful place on your list of venues!

User

After a fantastic night there for my daughter's 21st during Xmas week last year, I suggested this place for a very special night out to celebrate a friends forthcoming marriage. We all had a fantastic time and my friends were very impressed saying I'd chosen well. We are real foodies and enjoy dining out and we all said the food was delicious. In fact one of my friends felt the food was more delicious than a meal we'd had at Gordon Ramseys Maze!! We were seated at a round table right in front of the stage. Music was perfect all night and not too loud either. Musician and singer both said hi when they came on stage. Later tables are cleared away for dancing for the bigger band and the lovely polite waiters re seated us at a different table. The only small negative was we had to ask for our dessert as they'd forgotten (maybe) to return to take out final order, but once we did they looked after us very well. Can't wait to return again for another special night.. ļæ½ Ah, it's my 20th wedding anniversary this year! ļæ½

User

Great atmosphere and entertainment, a very lovely looking place and mostly nice staff. We had a ticket for an event and our friend was going to arrive late, the front of house staff helped us. The only down side, was we were waiting at the bar for over 30 mins for drinks. We werenā€™t standing behind anyone and we had our cards in our hands. We gave up and came back later and because of the early closing, only had the one drink. The bar staff member that served us, was moody and scary, so Iā€™m glad we didnā€™t have time for more drinks and it saved me a lot of money, which I spent in Bar Salsa up the road šŸ’ƒšŸ½šŸ˜‚

User

Went with a couple of friends who had had a great evening there last year and recommended it. We had dinner booked for 9 which was lovely. We werenā€™t rushed and the waiter was very attentive. The music played early on and the band were excellent however the atmosphere changed about 11. Lots of very drunken girls on the dance floor carrying drinks (one with a bottle of fizz encased in a wine cooler under her arm). security had to escort quite a few argumentative guys out in a short space of time. Shame as it is a lovely venue. Drinks should not have been allowed on the dance floor especially as they were being spilled everywhere. Started off classy, ended up trashy Iā€™m afraid

User

We went as part of a group for a birthday. The group set menu was very limited, but it was nice, not outstanding or anything particularly special though, they easily cater for a gluten free diet without any trouble. The cream brĆ»lĆ©e was however awful, more or less raw sugar over set cream as it was still grainy and didnā€™t have the lovely hard top it should. The bottomless part was good with glasses regularly being topped up and service good also. I would go back as part of a group, however not though choice as I felt the food was very over priced and not memorable.

User

Food was nice but donā€™t appreciate being questioned on the amount of ā€œdiscretionary serviceā€ we decided to pay! This is the UK Not America! Think this place has got too big for its boots & over priced for what it is which is a shame as it could be lovely.

User

Rowdy, tacky place full of fake tan & lads nights out. Nothing like the impression from their web site.

Booked reservation for dinner & one of my guests joining us was told at the door to go back outside & he needs a stamp on his hand !!

Time between the first course & main was 1hr 15mins. 3 of the dishes were cold sent back to the kitchen...

really shoddy & disappointing; if you want lots of bling & hen parties then go for it!

User

Went for special birthday evening with small family group found strange had to queue to get in even with dinner reservation, staff seemed nice initially (whilst taking money) evening and dinner service good and band good whole atmosphere changed when turned into a club after band. After spending over a thousand pound in venue my son wasn't allowed back downstairs after going for a vap as he had washed his hands and his "red " stamp had washed off. Other party members went outside to confirm had been in venue all evening but bully boy attitude of Eastern European bouncer was disgusting and rude not sure of club dynamics as manager came outside but he didn't take any control didn't seem to be able to control own staff. Wouldn't ever recommend venue absolutely disgusting service and ruined what was supposed to be a special family celebration.

User

Last night for New Yearā€™s Eve I went to 100 Wourdour street for dinner with my boyfriend. To say Iā€™m completely disgusted is an understatement. I booked a table a few weeks back for New Yearā€™s Eve, I got given a confirmation email which only states on there my name the time of the booking that we need to be there and for 2 people that was it. We turned up last night all dressed up, they had my name on the system but said we canā€™t go in as we havenā€™t paid for a table which we wouldā€™ve known about but all I got was an email and nothing in my email states that we had to pay, and if we did have to pay it wouldnā€™t of been a problem but the fact they didnā€™t inform me to tell me I had to pay was disgusting, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, our New Yearā€™s Eve got completely ruined because of this. I wouldnā€™t recommend going there to anyone, I for sure wonā€™t ever be returning again.

User

I had a good time with excellent live music, great service and delicious food and drinks for my birthday celebration.

The night was totally ruined when another guest had an aggressive racist rant at me for 5 minutes. I told staff that the man was being aggressive towards me and the security guard came over, but he handled it extremely poorly and even though the aggressive man was swearing and gesturing at me, when I tried to stand up for myself the security guard told me to be quiet while the man kept on ranting. The security guard tried to ask ME to step aside when it was clear the aggressive man should've been kicked out. A waitress came over to the security guard to tell him to handle the man as incoming guests were walking out due to how loud and aggressive this man was being. I wanted to call the police and asked the security guard to but he told me no and gestured for me to put my phone away??? Why was I made to feel like it was my fault for someone else's aggressiveness and racism??? Is it because I'm a woman?? Yes it's not the security guards fault that another person was being rude and aggressive but it was handled extremely poorly. All other guests in line for the cloak room were shaking their heads having to listen to this man's rant. No one should ever have to endure this kind of racist behaviour. Our party of 6 just couldn't believe it and I doubt we will ever be back. I'll be sure to let my network know of this poorly handled experience.

User

Had a terrible experience. Encountered a very rude door person who surprised me with a 15Ā£ charge to get in, even with a reservation .

Had a terrible experience, completely not worth the wait, the rude service ruined my night.

User

Had a horrible time, on the phone their staff told me I can order from al la cart, however when we got there I had no choice but to choose two set menu for al la cart. The waiter told me that another table asked for the same however they donā€™t do it and he will

not waste 15 minutes checking it with management again.

After all of this we were charged Ā£200 and asked to leave when the dessert was still on our table and we hadnā€™t finished our drinks.

Apparently the table was allocated to us only for two hours and we were to leave the table for the next reservation. I am very disappointed with the service and options I was given.

I will never go there and will also not recommend friends to go either.

Such a shame, the place was good but had the worst service experience of my lifetime...

User

Disgraceful service. Empty, middle of London. Management very rude. We paid Ā£500 to reserve an area for my sisters hen. The money was not offset, the club area was dead. Would not refund without being rude and then accused of being racist. Had to argue for the refund with 2 managers, who were not helpful at all. Would never return

Had a terrible experience. Encountered a very rude door person who surprised me with a 15Ā£ charge to get in, even with a reservation .

Had a terrible experience, completely not worth the wait, the rude service ruined my night.
