100% Young Producers are a group of up-and-coming art fanatics, striving to create events and expose the undiscovered talent in Luton. 100% Young Producers, formed in 2013, is currently facilitated by Ellen Waghorn, Trainee Producer at The Hat Factory. Together, the team works to highlight the skills in the community whilst also gaining invaluable skills for future careers within the creative industries.
