1000 Cranes Origami Project

They say that if you make 1000 origami cranes then your wish will come true. This project attempts to realise this by making origami a social experience.

Origami is normally a relatively solitary past time. I am attempting to use the tradition of 1000 cranes to challenge this. My aim is to teach as many people as possible to make their own origami crane and document the moment when they're holding it in their hands and 'making their wish'. This page acts as a way of collating this documentation. When I've reached 1000 cranes they will be used in some form of installation and then can be returned to the makers if desired.
