Well 3 became 2 after 56 miles Stortford to boxhill, finally took its first victim and unfortunately I had to withdraw due to injury, to say I’m gutted is an understatement, Matt and Adam are still going strong and I have jumped on the support crew.

Adam completed the final Recce run earlier from Horsham to Littlehampton. He battled some rough and wet terrain so we might need to change the route, after 78 miles that’s not too much fun!! Today Matt and Adam are running 50 miles so today they have packed enough energy gels and bars to get them through! And we’re not even sponsored by @ScienceinSport !

Apologies to everyone following our Facebook site we have been letting it slip. With around 2 months of training left to go we are starting to really up the milage. This is what we have so far achieved.... Matts completed a 37, Adams done a 42 and I've managed a 30 with only a few injuries along the way, so fingers crossed it will stay that way!!! .Thank you to everyone who has sponsored us so far we are nearly at our target. All money raised will be going to the Fire Fight...ers charity, they do an amazing job supporting all Fire Fighters and their families in the UK. So please any donations are greatly appreciated.
