1010 (City Of Salisbury) Squadron Air Training Corps

Welcome to the official 1010 (City of Salisbury) Squadron Air Training Corp Facebook page. This is a place where prospective cadets and members of staff can find out more information on 1010 Sqn.

The Air Training Corps is a national youth organisation sponsored by the Royal Air Force (RAF). It is aimed at young people from 12 to 18. Cadets can undertake a wide range of activities, including flying, gliding, adventurous training (inc Duke of Edinburgh Award), shooting, leadership and team-working skills and many different types of sporting activities.

As well as cadets, we are always interested in adults who may have some time to spare to assist in lecturing, project work or anything else that interests. A wide range of development opportunities are available. No previous knowledge is required, just the willingness to have a go!

If you haven't got the time to commit to joining as a member of staff, we also have a civilian committee which helps in the fundraising efforts for the Squadron which is looking for new members to help them out.
