About 121 Computer Services
We are a local family business that has been supporting its customers and local businesses for 19 years, originally trading from our humble beginnings at the old Shelfanger Hall premises and now enjoying a very successful tenth year in the landmark building on Victoria Road in Diss that includes a large car park and disabled access.
We at 121 Computers build, repair, upgrade, service and sell computers, all at our outstanding, glass fronted premises on Victoria Road. We have a large 7000sq ft custom built premises, state of the art workshops and a fantastic large retail sales area with new enhanced product range.
121 Computer’s company policy is to offer more high quality brand name products at a cheaper price than anyone locally and to achieve online prices in a high street store in Diss.
Customers can bring their computer in for advice and help. There is no charge for an engineer advising on the work that needs to be carried out. Customers are contacted by telephone and given updates as work progresses and diagnostics are made.
Because the computers are repaired in the large custom built, state of the art workshops on Victoria Road, there are no costly carriage fees or long weeks of waiting for the computer to be returned.
121 Computers have always offered their own range of hand built high quality computer systems and also offer a bespoke service for customers who have specific requirements. The computer systems are all built onsite in the workshops.
121 Computers handle all warranties in house so there is no need for customers to spend time on the phone to expensive call centres when they have a problem. Telephone enquiries to 121 Computers are always at local rate and answered by knowledgeable and friendly members of the team.
With the ever growing popularity of laptops, 121 Computers offer a huge selection, including special edition designer laptops! Advice on choosing the right laptop is free and customers are welcome to “try before they buy” in store. 121 Computer’s team of specialist advisers are happy to demonstrate the range and advise on any accessories to complete the package. 121 Computers also stock a comprehensive range of all the latest Tablets including the IPad and Samsung Galaxy at competitive prices.
The decision to move to new premises on the Victoria Road has been an overwhelming success, and was made simply to give the ever growing army of loyal customers an even better range of products and services.
121 Computers is open for business from Monday to Friday 8. 30am to 5. 30pm and Saturday 9: 00am to 4: 00pm.

When the Hard Drive blew on our main computer in the Web Design Office, over New Year, it was very stressful, no work could be done. 121 Computers were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they built us a new Computer, exactly what we needed in two days, they knew where to send us to get all our data off our broken hard drive and they where there to help us when we had questions after getting her set up back in the office.
The team at 1-2-1 are highly knowledgeable and the very friendly service is first class.
We wouldn’t go anywhere else for all our computer needs wether it’s for ink or repairs. Diss is lucky to have a great store like 1-2-1 .
Superb service, very friendly, computer now restored to optimum level, kept me informed all the way as to what they were doing, feel as though I have a brand new computer, and all for a great price. Will use again every time. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
I recently purchased a C6T Pan and Tilt Camera from store to use as a security camera at home. I was advised of this model to use although I had to also purchase a micro sd card which was a 64Gb card and quite expensive it works out much cheaper than the full recording equipment otherwise needed. Set up was so easy and done in a couple of minutes. A template is included to ease the fixture of the camera.The picture quality is fantastic and the pan and tilt works very well. There is also motion detection that will save the recording and an auto tracking to track a person until out of sight. The motion detector will also send alerts to your mobile device and with the in built micro phone and speaker you are able to converse with others in close proximity. All in all a fantastic bit of kit. Will definitely recommend to others.

I have used 121 computers a good few times and they have always been very good across the board, they were always great support when I was learning to build PCs, but today they let me rifle through there speare screw tub to find a screw I needed to fit my m2 SSD totally free of charge. And I didn't even buy the SSD from them and have not used them for years as I now can do it myself. Its type of customer service is hard to find. A big thank you guys
