121 Urban Hot yoga will be hosting our second Teacher Training Taster day on Saturday 25th May 12 - 2pm, for our upcoming Autumn Course in September, with only limited spaces available and our Earlybird offer (saving of £250) available until 30th June 2019, this is the perfect opportunity to come along and speak to our principle teacher and former students to get more of an in-depth breakdown of how our course modules are delivere...d . With an added bonus of having a former student who is also currently teaching at our studio, finish off the taster day with a relaxing yoga class. Whether it be that you are looking for a career change or that you would like to take your knowledge of Yoga further for your own practice. Thai Yoga Workshop Returns 18th May 14:00 - 16:30
21/2 hours of deep relaxating Yin Yoga & Partner Thai Yoga (PTY). An afternoon to unwind, relax, stretch and release the entire body with the use of Traditional Thai Massage.... This workshop will be taught in pairs, where you will learn to receive (PTY) as well as how to apply this knowledge. As you stretch and release points of tension, whist working with a partner.
The workshop can be booked with a relative or friend, alternatively Richard will also pair partners on the day if booking solo.
