1483 Brentwood Squadron Air Cadets

Infectious enthusiasm today from the cadets at the Brentwood half marathon. Well done to them all. Some very good comments from the runners, organisers and members of public.

A good fun day today with the cadets manning one of the water points for the Brentwood half marathon. They certainly raised the spirits of many of the runners. Also, can you spot the ex 1483 cadet amongst the runners?

1483 (Brentwood) Sqn Banner team carried the region banner in the ATC parade today at St Clement Danes Church London. Well done to the banner team and all the cadets that attended today’s service.

Mountain biking at Hadleigh Park today. Why sit at home when you can have a cracking time riding off all the Christmas chocolates. Great fun.

4 very deserving cadets having first shown promise and leadership skills, then passed their Corporal interviews and then carried on progressing well within the Squadron have been promoted to Junior NCO's. Well done to Corporals Brown, O'Neill, Cooney and Fisher-Hope.

Christmas Dinner at 1483 RAFAC

Many thanks to Warley Army Reserve Centre for inviting us to their 1st Uniformed Youth Open Evening. The cadets very much enjoyed themselves and engaged very well with the hands on activities on offer. Unfortunately due to photography restrictions we were unable to capture all the Rambo poses with various weapons systems and with the night vision goggles.

A big congratulations and welcome to Cadet Murphy, who was enrolled to 1483 last night. We hope you enjoy every minute of your time with us! Thank you to the padre for his visit to help us make this happen

It’s official, 1483 (Brentwood) Squadron are the best squadron in the Country at Banner Drill. A spectacular result for our cadets whose commitment is second to none.
