17 Hallgarth is a comfortable Grade II listed cottage situated
in the pleasant market town of Pickering on the edge of the North
York moors.

Pickering is a vibrant market town which is situated
close to the North York Moors and with coastal
resorts such as Whitby and Scarborough within easy
reach. It is also the home of the North York Moors
Railway a heritage steam railway.

Accommodation
Two bedrooms, 1x double, 1x twin, bathroom with bath and
separate shower, basin and wc, fitted kitchen, sitting room and
separate dining room.


Amenities
Free WiFi, gas Central heating and gas fire in the sitting room,
electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer /dryer,
dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, CD, docking
station. Heating and hot water, bed linen and towels and a
welcome basket included in rental, off road parking for one car,
enclosed rear garden with patio furniture. Sorry no smoking and
no pets.

Rentals are weekly from Friday to Friday

November and December £295

A 20% deposit will secure a booking. The balance is due four
weeks before the start date of your holiday. Late bookings less than
four weeks before the start date of your holiday must be paid for in
