came across this place yesterday. so glad we did. beautiful food and although verry busy service was excellent. being in the trade myself i know how hard that can be sometimes. have All ready recommended to friends and would recommend to any one. verry good place to eat. and prices are reasonable also. 5* all round

We keep returning, and each time we get fantastic service, great food that is good value and lovely cocktails. Last night was so busy and they hadn’t anticipated it so not many staff, I never would have known as service was still excellent. We love this place ❤️

Our first visit to this charming brasserie. Customer service was excellent as was the quality and choice of food and drink.

Loved the ambience and intimacy of candle light dining and would recommend highly to everyone to make a visit.

Came here for the 1st time for my birthday meal with 2 friends. The staff and service were faultless. The food was fantastic and top notch. Will definately be going back xxx

Visited for a friends Birthday meal, and we had the Monday night deal of 3 courses with half carafe of wine £25 for 2....she enjoyed that as I was driving....the potted chicken was lovely, and the chicken on wild mushroom risotto was very good but I found the prune, orange & chocolate bread & butter pudding a bit greasy in texture although it tasted fine with lovely custard. Lovely quirky little place and friendly, helpful staff....all in all a good night

This is a great little find. The building is full of charm and character, the staff were efficient and polite, the prices are realistic and the main course (I had the duck) was fantastic.



So nearly 5 stars but I couldn't quite do it as the dessert, I had the cheesecake, was disappointing. Way too much gelatine (why you even need gelatine in a cheesecake I have no idea) and it was totally the wrong consistency. I just couldn't eat it, but please be aware that was just because it wasn't to my liking, others might love it.



To be fair to the waitress she offered to take it off the bill but I asked her not to because it's not her fault I didn't like it.



All in all a great place and we'll definitely be back.

I thought it was really good the service was excellent it would have been 5 but my pork was a bit tough ...everyone else loved there food clean plates all round .

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff but very average food. 'Medium' steak was over cooked and dry and no choice of peppercorn sauce making it dryer..... and gents toilets resemble a Spanish prison that stevie wonder has tiled.....
