Just want to say I've had my machine for a bit now & the aftercare by this company is second to none. Even if they have to come & check something which may turn out to be silly, they still do it. Having work in blue chip large organisations here in the southwest; people could learn from this company! Your doing a sterling job guys.. well done �

I needed my washer/dryer fixed and after asking for recommendations called round four different companies for quotes.



First of all 181 was the only company to answer the phone and provide me with the answer to my question right away. (Two never answered, one of which didn't even reply to my message, and the third did answer the phone but I was asked to call back 20 minutes later).



Someone called round on the Wednesday, diagnosed the problem in five minutes and came back on the Friday to repair, which only took around 30 minutes.



Very polite and helpful staff, and very professional service with reasonable rates.

I don't know who came to fit the refurbished washing machine I bought in November but not only do I have a very satisfactory machine but I haven't had to unclog my sink with a plunger once since it was fitted. My kitchen sink used to be fine until Community homes gave us all new kitchens and bathrooms, ever since it was done , so a few years now, I've had to spend ages at least twice a week working at it with a plunger to get the water to drain away. Near drove me crazy, there was no apparent reason for it, whenever I used the washing machine there was a horrible smell of stagnant water too. He did say it had been plumbed in in a most peculiar fashion, well happily he's put whatever the fault was right again. Shame I didn't need a replacement machine sooner, definitely a 5 star service.

Highly recommend. My cooker and washing machine both went the week before Christmas and thankfully, they squeezed me in, in what must be one of the busiest times of year for them. Lovely team and very helpful!!

Five star service they remove my old washing machine plumbed in my new washing machine within 24 hours of me contacting them saying I needed a new wash machine ASAP, the guys were brilliant! Recommend to anyone!!

Chris from 181 came out last night to look at my cooker. Amazing service and cooker is now fixed ready in time for Christmas. I went into the office in the car park of The Range beacon park on Monday at 9am and had a call from him by 11am to arrange to come and look at it. So from making that first enquiry to having it fix was 48hrs and that is amazing service. Thanks Chris.
