We have been flooded with enquiries and questions about BOOTCAMPs so we have put this together ......
Q- How long do the sessions last? A - 60 minutes, a few minutes longer if you are loving the work out.
... Q - When do you pay? A- At the begining of each month, if you join half way through the charge is pro rota.
Q - What do I wear? A- Sports / workout gear, you will be on the floor at times, so maybe not white😁.
Q - Will I need water? A- We bring water, but please feel free to bring your own if you wish.
Q - How hard are the sessions? A- Everyone will take part in every excercise, however they will be adapted for varying fitness levels and injuries. No one will be left out or picked out.
Q - Is there first Aid? A- Mark is a qualified first aider, with access to the village defibrillator.
Q- What’s the trainers background? A- Mark is a qualified fitness instructor and rugby coach. He currently runs bootcamps for an external company in Leeds and Bradford along with his day job of coaching the Univerisity of York rubgy teams and assisting at Wakefield Wildcats rugby league academy. 1903 Fitness has full public liability insurance.
Q- Will it work for me? A- If you attend the 8-12 sessions per month, give it your all, whilst ensuring a good diet, you will see your overall fitness raise within weeks.

£20 per month paid in advance ( this works out to less than £2 per session)
Sessions will include: Circuits Boxercise Bleep Tests Anaerobic Aerobic Team Games
