I have just returned to my home in France after purchasing my Mercedes CLC from 1BR. I found the car I was searching for on their website (excellent condition, extremely low mileage etc). It's very difficult to buy a car without actually seeing it, so I had to put my faith and trust in David and he didn't let me down.

We agreed terms and the car was taken off sale and stored for approximately 5-6 weeks before I was able to collect it. When I arrived at Southampton airport, I was met with a warm greeting from Paul who took me back to their garage where my car was waiting for me.

David, Matt and Paul are extremely polite & professional & I will definitely purchase from them again when I am ready to change. First class. The viewing / purchasing experience was relaxed and not at all pushy. David just gave me the car keys, pointed me in the direction of the A3 and told me there's no rush. After owning the car (57 plate) for 2.5 months it needed some rear suspension work done (a wear and tear item). I called David for his view on this and he reimbursed the amount I paid out. I definitely recommend this company

There is no pressure to buy, just warm, helpful people who are willing to share any information they have with you at anytime of day or night. The deal was exceptional, conducted with the utmost professionalism and in a most relaxed way. I found myself compelled to buy from them. Matt in particular went out of his way to communicate with me, did things you just wouldn't expect from any car salesman and made me feel like I had bought a BMW from the best BMW main dealer in the land.
