Outdoor PTโs & Sports Massages today at #1nspirefitness!
Variety of training methods implemented to ensure overload attained utilising kettlebells, resistance bands & powerbags alongside bodyweight exercises & tabata rounds.
Sports massages were very positive & targeted chronic injuries. Clients left post treatment feeling reduced tension, an improved ROM & reduced pain.

PT sessions included new PBโs, new training methods & fantastic levels of overload accomplished.
... Sports Massages delivered for powerlifters, martial arts instructors & even barbers too. All left post treatment with an improved ROM, reduced tension & significantly less pain. Aftercare advice given as always to compliment treatment.

An amazing 4-minute static plank was attained today!! What a fantastic achievement! Excellent session including a variety of training methods with a lot of laughs throughout! Well done Nicola ๐๐ป
Other clients experienced gruelling Tabata boxing training ๐ฅ 30 calorie maximal rows & an introduction to free-weight compound exercises. Admirable effort!

What an amazing day for #1nspirefitness clients!
One client when started PT sessions couldnโt hold a plank for longer than 30 secs due to back pain. After working consistently on core stability & incorporating functional exercises, Amber today held a plank (with NO back pain!) for 3mins 22 secs!! What a phenomenal achievement! ๐๐ป
Sports Massage treatments included new & existing clients, ranging from martial artists to horse-riders. Each client left feeling a significant redu...ction in pain & tension.
Lastly, a PT client in only her 2nd session utterly smashed her progression challenges, experienced resisted repetitions for the first time & finished with a fantastic increase in maximal plank time of 18 seconds!
