We are very sorry that you are not happy with your experience Mrs Gilson, we do try our best to make sure all of our customers are satisfied. We are sorry we could not get there at the estimated time of arrival, this was due to traffic which is beyond our reasonable control and we do mention this in our terms and conditions. The staff did call you at 2.59 PM on the day (they have a call log on their phone displaying your number) to explain why they were late and to inform you of a revised arrival time but did not get an answer. Upon arrival at your home, our guys were told by your builders that if they had arrived 5 minutes later then they would not have been there as they were just leaving, and asked us to put the piano in the garage. Our staff advised against this and one of the builders (a young gentleman with lots of tattoos) contacted your husband to ask what he would like us to do with the piano, and your husband asked for it to be put in the house. We obliged and did so, but were told by the builders to leave the piano in the crate, and they would assist you with unpacking it the following day, as they were in a rush to get home. A further point, we would normally insist on unpacking such a crate as we would remove the crate and re-use it as they have a value of around £150.00. It is smart business for us to unpack it.
Apologies again if we have not lived up to your expectations, but we do not accept that we neglected our duties in any way.

Very bad service. Were supposed to be at my house at 12 noon and we were told we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The drivers turned up at 5pm when my husband had to be out to collect the children. Luckily our builders were outside and let them into the house to complete the delivery. They were supposed to uncrate a piano but just left it in the middle of the sitting room crated. We had to uncrate it ourselves and move it into the correct position. When I phoned to let them know I was told that it was our fault for not being home for the delivery! 5 hours late and no communication yet it was our fault! No compensation, no apology. Disgraceful.
