In response to demand from small /Medium businesses, public sector bodies and the community sector, 1st IT has developed the concept of Shared ResourcingTM. All of our services are based upon this concept.

Shared Resourcing
The Shared Resourcing initiative aims to help small to medium organisations who:

Require prompt IT support to resolve PC, network and server issues
Demand proven PC, network and server technologies
. . . but do not find it cost effective to run and maintain their systems by developing an internal IT department.

With 1st IT you can share the cost of an IT department and infrastructure with other likeminded organisations. 1st IT will provide a comparative service to an internal IT department at a fraction of the cost. You can share a number of services, including support and resources.

Managed Support Service
With its shared support offering, 1st IT offers you the opportunity to share engineers with other organisations working within your field and / or sector. We can build a shared support plan that enables you to customise the level of support that you received from your designated engineers, from 24 /7 support to a fixed-hours plan.

The advantage of shared support is that your shared technical team will build a detailed knowledge of your network and server infrastructure. This ensures that the technician that is called out to resolve your IT problem does not spend the first few (chargable! ) hours getting to know your systems.
