I am a Mortgage Broker, I give advice on a wide range of mortgages. I charge a one off fee of £250 on application of a mortgage which is non refundable. I then receive commission from the mortgage company involved. You will receive:
1.
Initial consultations /discussions about your current circumstances and what you are planning to do or want to do
2.
A meeting to complete all application paperwork at a time that suits you! I am fine with evening appointments.
3.
Full explanations of the processes you are going to experience
4.
Full explanation & recommendation of the particular mortgage product I recommend. I want you to totally understand what you are about to do
5.
Support with your Estate Agents & Solicitors whether they are acting on your behalf or for the other side
6.
I do not operate a 9am-5pm business therefore you will be able to contact me on evenings & weekends unlike most banks & building societies
