Simply Happy Christmas

Merry Christmas to you all,
I would just like to say a massive thank you to you all for supporting Your Scout Group in 2018.
We as a group have had a fantastic year and achieved so much but without your continued help, support and guidance we would be nothing.
... As a group we have provided over 1000 nights away, numerous badges (sorry sewing teams) activities and days out. Without the leadership teams in place this would obviously not be possible so I am sure you will join with me and by saying thank you to them and it is with a sincere thank you to you all, whether you have helped on an event, camp or and activity I thank you all and look forward to welcoming you back in 2019, if you haven't the next year could be the one. Looking forward to the future we will be looking at the developing the group both structurally and the sections themselves. With the successful completion of the MAC we will be looking at a possible extension of the Hq and replacing the marquee to the rear of the Hq with a permanent structure but more to follow on this in the new year.
All sections will start back week commencing 7th January

Wednesday scouts - don’t forget no need for uniform tonight. Christmas jumpers, own clothes are all good

Fantastic night at Clip & Climb. Some very brave beavers, many of which overcame initial fear! Well done all. Ready for round 2 on Thursday!

Beavers at Clip and climb this evening. Lots of questions 're uniform. No uniform required. Trackie bottoms or leggings, t-shirt and trainers required. See you there!

Well done to the cubs tonight for a fab end of year Christmas carols event. What a year 2018 has been. Packed full of loads of fun. Well done to all cubs and a massive thanks to everyone involved including an amazing group of leaders, parent helpers and young leaders. Couldn’t be done without you all. Here’s to a fantastic 2019. Merry Christmas everyone.
