We’ll shop again. Don’t know where, don’t know when, but I know we’ll shop again, some sunny day. Times are a changing. From in-store shopping trips we now go digital to shop til we drop; from community classrooms to online education; from physical meetings to video conferencing and even virtual museums tours and live-streaming fashion shows. Is this going to become a new way of life? I think the only thing we can say for certain is that consumers are going to be more focused on conscientious value rather than conspicuous value.
