A MASSIVE WELL DONE to all our 20Twenty musical theatre Academy members for two awesome shows. Biggest audiences we have ever had. I have had so many lovely comments and all really well deserved. Thanks to all our backstage crew and techies. Thanks to our incredibly patient chaperones and to the March Braza Club for being fabulous hosts. It was great to see yt members who have left us for Uni and come back to watch ❤️. We feel blessed to know so many incredible people. Only a few short weeks away from Robot Wars 2. As the excitement builds we thought we'd share one of our all time favourite moments from "Bits and Bytes". A legendary moment from the first Robot Wars!

When I first ever went to a 20Twenty drama session I was terrified, I would not let go of my mums leg… Soon after I walked in I realised how welcoming everyone at 20Twenty was. After about 20 minutes I was really enjoying myself and could not wait to come back the following week and I soon told my mum to go away! This was eight years ago now.
Week after week I was enjoying myself more and have now been involved in about 15 or more shows with 20Twenty! Just turning up to one ...session has given me a lot of opportunities. About four years ago now I started volunteering with 20Twenty. This means that I help out with running games for the younger children and even stage managing sometimes. If I didn’t go to that one youth theatre session this would never of happened and I would not have all these amazing opportunities that I have today.
Volunteering lead me to help out with various events in March including the St.George’s Fayre and Summer festival. These were all amazing opportunities and I began to really enjoy what I was doing.
Now, today, I am an apprentice at 20Twenty and have been involved with so many cool things which I would not have got to experience if my mum didn’t take me to that one youth theatre session. This is why I think that coming along to 20Twenty’s drama sessions is such an amazing opportunity and can lead to some really amazing things.
So why not come along to one of our 20Twenty Summer Workshops this year and see what kind of amazing opportunities your child may get.
