Took my scooter in for replacement rear shocks and there had been a mix up with the date it was booked in for, this was quickly resolved by the service manager and the work completed whilst I waited without drama - Thank you very much.

Thank you to everyone there very professional, friendly, they always look after my Hornet very well

Not had a Honda for a while , but always take my Kawasaki and now my Triumph for the mot , if anything major crops up they have always solved the problem!

Had huge warranty claim from bike I bought from doble who incidentally inspected the bike after he owned it for 3 weeks and said no fault. 21st Moto kindly took the job on, 4 months later and £7000 in parts alone I have my VFR 1200 back. Professional and approachable! This is my only Honda dealer now!

Excellent customer service very friendly and approachable staff. Very helpful as bought first new bike yesterday. Explained the whole bike to me. Very friendly and welcoming staff and especially to rob pearson who sold me my 17plate bike :)

After continuous issues with a brand new bike (not the fault of the dealership) I'm still happy. Excellent customer service, nothing has been a problem. Everyone I have dealt with has been understanding and apologetic. Kev in service repairs has explained everything about how they resolved the issues. Highly recommend! Good job!

Bought my bike from here, was a very good service and friendly people who helped me and my dad decide our options, ended up with a Honda PCX 125 and am very happy with it!



Recently had an accident on the bike and it's currently in repair, the quote for repair was a little more that i expected and was significantly more than what i was quoted at another garage but i decided i will go with them after the good service i received buying the bike.



Overall good experience with this garage the only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star was the price quoted for repair, i will update the score when i get the bike back from repair.
