24 Hours Alcohol Delivery London

I ordered a Bollinger champagne VIP delivery on 12 Feb 2020 at 930 PM at a cost of £70.
Nothing was delivered. I phoned back to follow up on 13, 14, 15 Feb and no answer each time.
Finally on 17 Feb my call was answered and I was told that I would be refunded. I just hope I get the refund.
My advice: avoid this business.

I ordered "VIP" delivery to a well-known brand's head office. The office is less than 2.5 miles from the shop. It took over an hour and several international calls (I do not live in the UK) to get 12 beers delivered. The delivery driver could not manage to read the company name on the address and sat outside the building - which is solely occupied by the company I addressed - for 40 minutes, rather than using a little initiative. A complete waste of money. £15 for "VIP" service? You must be joking.

24hours alcohol delivered .. Whether being a weekday or a weekend... Friendly, reliable and fast delivery with reasonably priced items. Staff are always suggesting new offers which are beneficial to the customers rather than business. Tried few in town in past but found this one the best.
