Never had a bad experience with this company, they're always on time, fairly priced and have friendly drivers.

Couldn't even rate this company a 1. Disgusting behaviour for a business. Really dishonest. Would never recommend and would never use this company again. They have no respect and very rude to customers including the manager. Enjoy my phone

My boyfriend booked a taxi from stirchley to kings heath and they tried to charge him £20 at first ,my boyfriend kept refusing the driver then tried to tell him its now £10 even though we normally pay around £5-6 from that area ,the driver really wound my boyfriend up we wont be using this company again if you think you can try charge people more then double the price! Id sort it out before you loose your business

FRAUD. OVERCHARGING THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED. THEY WILL ROB YOU SPECIALLY IF YOU are DRUNK.. STAY OFF THIS COMPANY

Absolutey disgusting service. Nearly missed my flight because of this company and they got the booking times wrong for the arrival and departure which meant if we had not called and checked with them we wouldn't even have made the plane. Had to wait 45 mins after a 5 hour flight, driver asked for extra money even though we PRE PAID!!! Sooo bad

Booked a taxi and they said 15 mins then got a text that my taxi had arrived saw it and walked up to it only to find that the taxi driver picked someone else up because there were more people and he is able to charge them £2 per person for a shorter distance whereas mine would have been a longer distance for less money; they did send another in 10 mins but i was really annoyed especially because I had to wait longer luckily i was not late for anything i was just gong home.

Awful !! Called a taxi at 12.05 was told 15 mins until it wud arrive ..1hour and 10 mins and 4 calls later i get a text saying the taxi was cancelled ..total joke ...this company can go and suck it .jokers !!!

Absolutely appalling. Dishonest, unpunctual, impolite, unprofessional, expensive. The call centre will give you an Estimated arrival time of 10 minutes, half an hour later you're still waiting on a cab. They send you a link to track you car and "your car" is on the other side of the city! Yet the app says, "ETA 2 mins". Now you're late for your appointment. You call the centre again, distressed, and complain. They tell you "well, we can't control the traffic. Just wait." Not an apology or anything. The driver calls you "uhhhhh... I can't find your address" USE A SATNAV! You spend 10 minutes giving a driver directions. He finally arrives. Then, in trying to take a short cut, he drives in the opposite direction and gets lost, again asking you for directions. When you finally reach your destination another half hour later, the driver charges a ridiculous sum for your terrible journey - a random number he has seemingly plucked out of thin air. I paid £12 for a £6 journey. And all of the above has happened to a certain level on multiple occasions. My advice, switch to uber.
