Said the taxi would be arriving in 10 mins. Waited longer than half and hour. Waste of time!

terrible wouldn't recommend. waited for about 30-40 minutes outside town after telling them on the phone but the taxi wasn't there. They kept on telling us to go somewhere else where the taxi driver was eventhough we said 100 times where we were at. Their excuse was there wasnt any parking spaces but we were stood where there were lots of open roads. Rang them every 10 minutes of waiting and they were very rude and chatting back on the phone blaming us for it. Awful customer service and won't be using again.

He started driving before I had my Seat belt on. He started to go the wrong way as he didn't know where market Street in town is.. And he was generally ignorant as though responding to me would haven killed him or something.

Appalling service. Driver refused to help a 80 year disabled lady get out of his cab during high winds. Lady has suffered sever leg injuries. The driver made no apologies and the company refused to discuss the matter.

I wouldn't use this company I just witnessed an incident with a driver and a customer where the driver was racially abusing the customer I phoned to speak to a manager had the phone put down on me twice
The thing I don't appreciate is the driver using that type of language in front of my 3 year old son who is now repeating what the driver said I am now having to explain to my child that the type of language used is unacceptable it does make me wonder what type of people they employ and how they treat customers

What a joke rang up for a taxis guy started getting clever with me I was trying to explain where our house is with it being a dead end will not be using them again.

They said 10 mins waited more then 30 got late to work got pulled in by manager the fact that they lied about how long it will be i could have rang another base
