... We are diversifying our services and adding a Mental Health and Learning Disability Desk to our already established and successful Elderly care division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused and proactive Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a new but already warm desk, with clients already in place.
The successful candidate will initially be working in a full 360 role, with a team being built underneath them at set and clear milestones.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be; • Accountable for the growth and development of a warm desk. • Accountable for the service supplied to your clients • Accountable for delivering the recruitment strategy ensuring recruitment focuses meets the needs of the strategy. • Responsible for carrying out the recruitment plans and networking 247’s needs to deliver the overall strategy • Accountable for placing job adverts on the necessary Job Boards, Social Media and other recruitment avenues. • Responsible for applicants being contacted, pre-screened and booked in for interview in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will; • Have previous experience in healthcare recruitment (preferably in Mental Health or Learning Disabilities but not essential) • Have a proven track record of new client acquisition and billing • Possess excellent communication skills. • Will be driven to provide the best service possible to clients • Be at ease with all elements of the recruitment and compliance process • Be able to think on your feet and be proactive • Be comfortable working towards targets and thrive under pressure. • Have an extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance. • Have excellent relationship building skills with clients, candidates as well as the office team.
